    Nothing worse than seeing a person with a wide back, big arms, broad shoulders, and chicken legs. Never skip leg day.

      Regardless of how often some work their legs, theyre are genetically designed to be skinny. Ripped but still skinny.

    This small tip on twisting your quads, and the one on hip trust about "pushing the ground with your feet" completely changed my leg day training

      On god. It targets your Vastus Lateralis I think. But what does it help? Am I supposed to do this with every leg day to make sure my quads are properly getting developed?

    Really liked this.
    I have nothing like your size and I'm fine with that.
    But I have been trying to get stronger in my lower body.
    TUTT has been a boon for for me.
    45-55 seconds constant tension at 2/3rds to 3/4qtrs of my heavy work set as a finisher every back squat day.
    It has really helped me to gain better control, develop mind muscle connection and thereby greater strength.

    Your legs are beautiful!! I wish mine looked like that! My legs size does not change, even if I have tried drops sets, supersets, increasing weights etc, if I eat more, I become fat, when I lose the weight, my legs are still as small as they were before I ate more. But I am willing to try more lol, I still have hope!!

    Obi, do you have a specific exercise to target your upper quads. its my weakest point. ive seen videos of pointing your toes while doing leg extensions but i have some leg paralysis and i have to wear a brace that does not allow me to point my toe. without it, leg extensions hurt
