I’m a diabetic, I’m suffering from infertility and have doctors monitor me closely and they have never ever advised to stop metiformin because it causes birth defects.. where’s these information coming from because these info are serious.. Also I’d like to point out, if women want to be mothers they should make most of that opportunity when they are young, don’t wait too long.. all the info about freezing your eggs and rich women in Hollywood becoming mothers late in life are all high risk endeavours, because it is not guaranteed when you freeze your eggs that it will turn into a baby and reversing your fertility is very very costly. If you want to be a mother and you miss that boat it is something you will regret for the rest of your life compared to missing out on career opportunities or buying stuff.. a child is irreplaceable compared to other things. There’s heaps of information regarding fertility diets (which are quite similar to keto), and other alternatives too that are helpful..
can i still reverse it.type2 diabetic for 25 yrs and i tried LCFD last feb 28 but on my lab test my cholesterol shoot up but frm 59 kg- 56kg..my doc.says it doesn't apply to me so i continued takin my prescriptions but still doing my fasting 18/6...what cann you advice me..need help feel im drowninng.
It helps you ovulate. My doctor and gyno approve. There are lots of young people with infertility. Age is not a factor in most cases. Lots of health issues people have that make it difficult
It was found that there was a possible rise in genital birth defects in male babies if the fathers took Metformin… Not mothers taking metformin due to infertility and PCOS. You should learn to use the Internet too buddy and for more than just pretending you know what you’re talking about.
If met Forman is the only way for me to have a child with the person I love and it were to cause a birth defect. We’re gonna love that baby, no matter what, and be happy and grateful.
I’ve heard such horrible things about Metformin and it’s done some horrible things to the women in my family. No thanks, I’ll stick to diet/exercise & clomid when I’m ready. Everyone’s body is DIFFERENT 🤷🏽♀️
Metformin is the only drug that started my period, helped with my pcos and diabetes. So I’m sticking to it ❤

I didn't know high insulin stops ovulation! Wow I mean of course it does but I didn't even think about the direct correlation
