I love how this video addresses real-life family dynamics with such wisdom. At 78, I'm learning to prioritize my happiness, and this was just what I needed. Keep up the great work, Goha Journey! 😊

2 Great info. At 78, I finally added strength training to my activities about 3 years ago. What a difference it makes. I use dumbbells, kettlebells and various machines. Without strength it's almost impossible to maintain balance, stability and strong bones. I also started reading books again. My goal was 20 pages per day. Gotta get back to that! I've lived in communities with lots of people in the 70 to 80 age range for over 10 years. Walking for many is shuffling. While I guess anything is better than nothing, I seriously doubt it helps with cardiovascular. And as for walking 10,000 steps or 7000, those so called studies are questionable at best and more current findings indicate around 4000 is quite beneficial. It is unlikely many people I see could reach even 4000 let alone 7000 which is close to 3 miles based on the approximate 2500 steps per mile I and other friends take per mile. Likely impossible for too many.
Wow, this really resonated with me. It's so important to protect our peace, especially in our 70s and 80s. Thank you for sharing these valuable tips! 🙌

@@gohajourney No my friend, your topics are great, artwork is nice to look at, and thumbnail titles attractive. It is the verbosity I speak of. You do exactly what I did in school to stretch a simple concept to reach a set goal...like 4 typed pages, or 2500 words. Explaining and re-explaining and then saying what the next point will be...all to stretch. I know this all makes more view time, but it also is bothersome to ones like myself who have to be careful not to waste away too many hours a day on TH-cam. Thanks for asking.
You're very welcome! 🌟 It's great to hear that you found the information helpful. Walking with a cane or a pole can indeed make a big difference in maintaining balance and confidence. Do you have any favorite places where you enjoy walking? We'd love to hear more about your experiences!
Sounds like you’re keeping active in a different way! 😂 It’s important to listen to our bodies, especially as we age. If you’re experiencing this more often, it might be worth checking in with a doctor just to be safe. Have you found any tips or tricks that help? We’d love to hear your thoughts! 💬
