    YAY !! joining the others in the cheer to see a new vid from our great teacher !!
    It helped mobilize my super tight neck , thank you very much.
    2 Q: when I shift side to side on sit bones, I got used to put my ear closer to shoulder , into a side bend. I see you much more neutral as neck position. Can you clarify a bit ??
    Last part that was moving the nose side to side: was it a tiny flexion/ extension of the spine ?? Thank you Stewart.

      Hi I Vogelaar, thank so much for thee great questions. For side bending its good to be able to do both ie incorporate the head and neck into a more pure side bending but in transferring weight eg in walking its important to differentiate the head and neck from the rest of the spine so as to be able to keep the head and eyes floating. Yes, for me the movement of the nose involved some flexion and extension! Have a lovely weekend. Stewart
