thank you, thank you, thank you. Every time I practice Feldenkrais I feel like a child playing with a new toy, and the toy is my body discovering new ways of moving and sensing. It's exciting and relaxing at the same time, and it's lot of fun too. I love all your lessons, David.

No. We do that for our public series, but not for professional ones.

I just found you 😄 the lesson was just perfect for my needs at the moment. Would you know the source of the lesson? Is it from Yanai street or from another place and would you share which one it is? That would be so awesome 😎

Definitely need a visual and not just narration.

Ah, but then the attention goes outside yourself! Its a true listening lesson; listening to the teacher and listening to your body.

Dear Sonja, Please don't hesitate to let us know if you have specific questions about engaging with the instructions. I am confident that whatever approximation you have found for yourself will be of benefit, if you move slowly, with attention, and staying well within your range of what is comfortable. However, if you want further explanation about anything, please do let us know!!

Dear Pippa, I am sorry to hear you felt confusion during the lesson! If you look at our TH-cam page you will see that we have been producing classes for the public with visual information included throughout the lessons, to help guide people as they engage with the instructions. Please explore those lessons, as I think you will find them very potent and rewarding! And please visit our webpage for many more resources! Feel the third and fourth ribs and pull them down? That's impossible for women. Unfortunately, Feldenkrais repeatedly ignores the female anatomy. 😢

I am sorry to hear that you didn't feel supported by the instructions. You can always approximate a movement and use your imagination to reach places which are not literally within reach. I hope that is helpful!
