One of the best exponent of Feldenkrais. These 2 parts done on sequential days are superb for the hips (and the neck/shoulders). Thank you!

Congrats on 6k! I watch videos from quite a few Feldenkrais channels and I always find yours to be very useful, not only because of the specific lessons you’re sharing and your thorough explanations, but also because of the way you tell the viewer what to expect and what you experience when you’re doing the movements.
I had to stop following this lesson half way through (I am not ready to move a leg backwards yet) but after only the first half I found myself able to lift my hips off the floor to shift my position when lying down without any pain - for the first time in I don’t know how many years. Thank you for that!

This is a brilliant lesson, Stuart. Thank you for giving us your time and expertise. Congratulations on reaching 6000 subscribers!!!
I tried some singing after this lesson. Hilarious, given that it’s about the hips. Breathing was great with big expansion capacity in the intercostals, but most interestingly, my jaw and TMJ were super easy and smooth to open. I’ll be coming back to this class. It was certainly helped by doing the unglue the shoulders classes several times.

I would like to send you 6000 congratulations on the world’s best lesson for me. How challenging movement I have received today! Last two month I needed many repetitions Happy Hips from 1. This morning 8. It is curious for me if I can learn Feldenkrais by TH-cam, especially for my age. I need much time to understand English. I have moved by your method. As I follow each lesson, little by little, my hard body is changing lighter and my way of living is also changing. 💐

We discovered your channel during 'lock down'. Finding it all fascinating with your detailed explanations. Could you please clarify something from this new lesson. You direct to run both hands (top arm and bottom arm) along the thighs down as far as comfortable. When eg. lying on the left side I was lying on the left arm to the elbow, so, my movement was down the shin only? Is this correct? Thanks Stewart

Suggestion: I do the Wim Hof breathing exercises; actually, I have done them for 4 years, and no once have I gotten sick, not even a regular cold.
You should research Wim Hof, the foundings are base on studies done in Europe and the US. What happens in your body at the chemical level is amazing!.
