I’ve just gone vegan after watching Game Changers. It’s been 6 days and I feel so much better. I can’t believe I’ve never done this before. No more Achilles’ tendon pain and so much more energy. I can’t wait when I’m at peak. All the best everyone and thank you for this video.
Same here! I was already open to the idea due to my Ulcerative Colitis, I made a few changes to my diet, but after watching What The Health I am 100% plant-based now!
Hi Rose! New subscriber here. For health reasons I've been trying to go vegan/whole food. I've tried whole foods for a week with lemon juice as a detoxifier and an intermittent fasting schedule, a program I signed up for. My kidneys were getting damaged by my uncontrolled diabetes. To my amazement, my blood sugar dropped lower than I've ever seen it, sometimes too low for comfort, my body fat index dropped, weight dropped, and I wasn't hungry as I thought I'd be just eating 2 meals a day. Out of the program I struggled with maintaining a similar diet. I didn't know what to do. The problem was all the meals were planned for me. I didn't know how to make my own dish. I've looked around for help. Thank God for Pinterest. And now, newly discovered TH-cam with vegan and whole food recipes. Like yours. Yours look so simple to follow. Thanks Rose. Will be looking for more of your vlogs. ♥️
Greetings from South Africa ! i went full vegan on boxing day after watching Game Changers ! Today is my 11th day! i feel Great ! I will NEVER eat meat and dairy again! thank you for changing our lives!
that's amazing to hear! it took me half a year to get into veganism and hearing that other people immediately saw the problem and made a change amazes me every time! well done, you :)
@@MakeMeEggs that's not bad tho! it's not like you only have that one chance to decide, it's a journey :) you don't have to completely switch from one side to the other... just do what's comfortable for you and maybe start slow by doing one vegan meal a day or simply switching out dairy joghurt for coconut yoghurt.

Good day! I just found your site, and I made the Quinoa Salad for dinner. My husband, a Midwest, meat-eating, farm boy, isn’t too thrilled with my attempts to keep us on a plant-based diet, but this meal definitely made things easier. It is absolutely delicious, simple to make, very flavorful, and filled us up without being heavy. Thank you, thank you, thank you for such a great recipe! Looking forward to many more healthier meals! You rock!
Being part Korean I literally miss all the things my grandma would make. I'm excited to show her the lentils and have a taste of home with something more than tofu and rice!
My whole life i have bounced back and fourth but always preferred a plant based life, my husband is a meat and potatoes guy, after Game changer (6 years together) he has agreed to try it for three weeks! I'll take it!
Yummy. I made the Quinoa Salad, replaced the coriander and olives with basil and roasted pumpkin, white quinoa with tri-colour, it turned out delicious, much better than I expected.
I watched the Gamechengers yesterday with my boyfriend and we will start to eating more vegan food from now on. So happy you have these recipes for us. Makes it easier to switch!
Green Knight Costuming I recently learned eastern Catholics don’t eat meat, dairy or fish during Lent and they avoid too much oil. I told my husband that atheist vegans who also practice intermittent fasting are actually observing Lent, forever, hahaha.

Game changers came out and I was like we gotta watch this and he agreed! He’s been vegan for about a month now! My husband has made the jump into veganism because of the documentary as well and is feeling so much better. He's also lost 13 lbs in 3 weeks and is very excited. 😊

I cooked few times in my life. I cooked this recipe at home and it was very easy and delicious. My house mate loved it. Thank you for sharing tour knowledge
The best advice I can give to newbs is to make small changes and ease into this lifestyle. If you jump from meat and animal products to none, you may not stick with it. Also, use oil when cooking vegetables such as onion. You get a deeper flavour as opposed to water. Try not to be too, "health" obsessed as this can lead to restrictive behaviours which could lead to disordered eating. Remember that eating a vegan diet is already somewhat limited so try not to get too focused on eating, "whole foods." Balance your plate and you'll be fine.
I went vegan overnight for the animals. I think when your motivation is OTHERS it's a lot easier. I have been vegan eight years. Also, vegan is not limiting.....if anything, most people's variety expands as they realize there is a whole world of food out there when they aren't focusing on eating other beings and their secretions. And finally, NO ONE is worse than the "vegan police" not ALL of us are vegan for health reasons. That's NOT being vegan, that's simply eating PLANT BASED. Vegan is not eating OR wearing OR using non humans for entertainment, etc.....
Funny you mentioned 'Game Changers as a go to reference to become Plamt based. I've been vegetarian since 2006 & this among many other documentaries that I watched in 2020 were the main reason I was no longer afraid of becoming Vegan - plus I just happened to find your channel as well. Thank you for your voice and constant encouragement to inspire people & support the cause behind veganism - which is to finally stop animal cruelty. Stay AWESOME 🤗💚🌱

I don’t understand what is so hard about eating food that taste great and is healthy for you. My mother basically refuses to eat vegetarian although she has health problems and wants to lose weight. Also my brother is the same way. I don’t preach to them about the lifestyle change. I simply use purple carrot and cook my food or look for vegetarian meals to cook. They act like eating something vegetarian is so hard. Yet, they eat foods everyday which make them feel bad. (Rant)

“Men just come over.” Well a few weeks ago was my 18th birthday so I guess I’m a now a man that came over to being a vegan. Jokes aside I’ve been vegan for almost 5 years exactly now and I came here to look for some more recipes since the few things that I learned how to cook from my brother got tiring and I know that if I want to stick to this lifestyle I know I’m going to need to learn how cook more than just mashed potatoes, rice, beans, lentils, and pasta.
theres no real reason to be oil free. She just decides when she wants to use it. It's a macro nutrient. So like protein, fat is important for all diets/nutrition

Just starting out at 73. I was looking for some simple dishes to start off. Thinking about ordering ready made dishes shipped thru the mail? Any deas along thoses lines? I have had a stroke and my left arm and hand are unuseable so cutting sliceing and dicing are a slow process. Thank you for the videos, I plant to start today with the three in this video.

I am 74 years old that always has high cholesterol level in my blood since I am 40 years old, on and of med, but it will always give me a lot of side effect, because my body cannot take statin, so my doctor advice me to be a vegan, and see what happend, so I try to eat vegan food since 1 week ago, thanks from California high desert for your cooking.
I am a new vegan and I really appreciate these recipes and others of yours because you do the oil-free cooking. I'm planning to make your lentil nut loaf tomorrow for Thanksgiving. Yay!
omg i hope you love it!!! It's honestly one of my favourites so please let me know how it goes ~
I just made the nut loaf a couple weeks ago -it was fantastic!
First off, that lentil and chickpea curry looks SO good wow.. and super simple! Rose, would you be opposed to us re-creating this meal (and giving you credit of course) on Instagram?! Because that looks so good & a lot of people would find this valuable! It's so awesome that we've created videos like these to help people transition to a vegan or plant-based lifestyle! Our whole channel is dedicated to that exact thing. If anyone in the comments here is reading this & is interested in more recipes to help you begin your transition, it would mean the world if you check out our channel, subscribe, like, comment, whatever you can do to help us help you! Rose, keep doing what you're doing! It's so awesome to see you giving the vegan community a good name & we appreciate all of the hard work you put into making these recipes, filming, editing, voice over-ing...? lol Have a great rest of your week/weekend!!
She's Canadian, she already celebrated Thanksgiving.
staaarshineee Good point 😉 I’ll edit that out lol. Thank you! I forget Canada celebrates in October. 😆
Our Twisted Kitchen followed your IG
@@mariaelenafuntalba506 Thank you so much!! That means a lot to us! We post a lot of similar stuff on there, but there's plenty of different content on IG that you won't see on TH-cam. Maria, you're amazing!!!! Have an incredible day & please let us know how we can be of service to you.
I love quinoa salad and curry! I was so excited because I found my local market has a manager's special, which means the unattractive fruit and veggies are super discounted. Got a whole head of califlower for 99!
You nailed it! I watched that movie and you were the first person I came across. I subscribed. Thanks!

Love everything! I have been really lazy recently and need to get back to making delicious vegan food
All of these look delicious, idk if I'm ready for oil free meals lol.
theres no real reason to be oil free. She just decides when she wants to use it. It's a macro nutrient. So like protein, fat is important for all diets/nutrition
We are making the curry, I am going to sauté some red pepper on the side and add when dishing. My wife does not like peppers...
Aside from you being lovely, I really like your style of presenting. Thanks...I want to go more on veggies in 2020
The Game Changer is the reason I'm here lol. Started watching it a month ago and have been note taking. Awesome movie!
Yay your back love your plant based foods
Watched Game Changers. It was excellent.
