    Such a great video and great explanation. No one in my circle cares about facial growth as much as me. I’m a 28yr old female and love watching your videos to learn!!

    Excellent, concise explanation for the layperson. This is hours worth of talking if it came from my mouth.

    Thank you for another great video! Curious what your thoughts are on the Vivos DNA Appliance? It’s mostly marketed toward helping those with breathing problems, but does so by slowly expanding the palate for both width and forward growth.

      With all appliances, I think it's important who is administering it, ie. the dentist. Looking at their completed cases, and if they don't have a multitude of adult completed cases to show you, then I think that's a bad sign. Hope that's helpful.

    Also, cannot agree more Ryan. The fact we live in a world where there is a global market for people changing their teeth with braces and orthodontics, yet people shun and shy away from skeletal, facial improvement like it's some kind of forbidden taboo, is baffling to me. And same again with your comparison to your Dad. I have a very long, narrow and asymmetrical face while my Dad has a wide, defined face and great gonial angle.

    You'd benefit a lot from neck training, it Compliments a prominent Jaw and gives that look that you might think comes from forward facial growth

    • @BestFaceForward
      @BestFaceForward  ปีที่แล้ว

      And what do you think that neck training is? I do heavy deadlifts and exercises specifically meant to target forward head posture and improper tongue position (which is the main imbalance most people have, IMO).
      I think most of the neck training stuff is over rated, to be honest. Especially if you're already lifting and have a well balanced routine. Although, I would like to learn more about it. Thanks for your comment.

      @@BestFaceForward try isolated neck training, neck curls, side neck raises. Deadlifts and shrugs are great for neck development but it might not be enough for some

    Chew stronger gum. You just need to strengthen tongue and masseters. That comes from muscle failure. Hit to fiskure

    • @BestFaceForward
      @BestFaceForward  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I've been chewing gum. I think chewing gum is good but not on it's own. I think chewing gum compliments additional exercises aimed at developing the maxilla. Thanks for your comment!
