Thank you for all your video content. I've looked at many other videos, tried others but yours has been the only one that makes my family satisfied. I can finally successfully make curried chicken to feed others that aren't family members.
Hi Ria, I have made this Trini Curry Chicken twice, and it was delicious and easy to follow. I loved the Curry technique where you mixed it as a paste. Thank you so much. Your videos are wonderful very detailed. You are a great teacher!
I like the way you did your curry chicken..I'll try now..like all the steps you showed an the sprinkling of the geera and shadow bene...Thanks so much and stay safe.
Jealous people who are not supportive of their fellow Trini TH-camrs, dislikes Ria's video....Taste of Trini, and Matthew Guyanese Cooking are amazing examples, they show love and support and are definitely not fake ❤️
Annmarie B geez girrrrrl, chill. People are not required to like everyone or even anyone. That’s why there are terms so Co as “choice” / “option” / “right” etc etc.
This was soo pleasing to watch that salad brought back memories of spending holidays by my grandparents in my younger days. Loved this alot just in time for pegion peas season. Yumminess. Lots of love from trini

Rea I am having a hard time finding Culantro or Bandhina For this curry recipe is there something I can substitute that for one making the green seasoning.
hannahleah lewis Hi Hannah..The choice is yours. My focus is on creating the best flavors using only natural ingredients and fresh herbs to prepare my dishes. To me it tastes better and is healthier for my family.
Love your instructional videos...but please lower the music when you're not talking as well...it is distracting. Prefer to hear the cooking sizzling etc. 😊
Yes, please check the printable recipe. Usually 1 tbs per pound. Some brands yield and some don’t so adjust accordingly. Plus you have the option of increasing or decreasing depending on whether you want a light or heavy curry.

Rea I am having a hard time finding Culantro or Bandhina For this curry recipe is there something I can substitute that for one making the green seasoning.
Alison brookins Hi Alison. Cilantro is a good substitute or leave it out if you can’t find either-just use a little more scallion.
what knife are u using?
I love watercress
You forgot ginger and curry leaves also cumin all these ingredients combined together makes a better curry but you have done good
That colour is real Trini curry
Nice 👍🏼
Looking good. I like beer in it. Just me. 👍😎
That doesn't do anything in terms of flavour tbh. Just something fellas like to do for some strange reason lol.
Can I put some chicken seasons or all purpose
hannahleah lewis Hi Hannah..The choice is yours. My focus is on creating the best flavors using only natural ingredients and fresh herbs to prepare my dishes. To me it tastes better and is healthier for my family.
tasted amazing! where do you get your knives ?
Thanks. Amazon or Home Goods.
Love your dishes. Please. Do you do pineapple upside down cakes? 😉
I want to try it what type of chicken is good to use is chicken breast good
Rina traditionally bone in chicken is used because it adds more flavor! You can use thighs or legs for best results.
Love your instructional videos...but please lower the music when you're not talking as well...it is distracting. Prefer to hear the cooking sizzling etc. 😊
