    Cheek muscle exercise
While taking a shower, take a bolus of water into the mouth. Move the bolus around using the cheek and mouth muscles. Bear down with these muscles and move the bolus forcefully, exercising the cheek and mouth muscles, and to a certain extent the facial muscles. 'Scan' the entire face adjacent to the mouth using this method.
Tones the cheek and mouth muscles and to a certain extent exercises the facial skin.

It isn't difficult to make a really simple, cheap toner with glycerin, or (clear) aloe vera gel and rose water. Or you could use distilled water and a drop of an essential oil, like lavender. It just shouldn't cost that much. You could also use tea, green or chamomile, or something like that.

As far as Face Exercising is concerned, I always keep a look out for examples. Lets look at folks who exercise their bodies up to the neck. Do you see the difference in their body tone and skin elasticity? I know for sure I do. The body muscles and body skin is energized, chiseled and tight. Now, I do believe that if they/we work the facial muscles just like the excepted body exercising/strength training/ stretching for the body, we'd see positive face tightening results. So much so I have also started this year of adding this into my workout routine. I feel better and definitely see the results on my face and neck. I hope you do too!

Your thoughts on replacing vitamin C with chebula. This what the Google says
It is the antioxidant capacity of chebula that gives it such powerful anti-aging power. In fact, chebula extract is stronger than the antioxidants we generally consider the best for our skin, including vitamin C (ascorbic acid), vitamin E (tocopherol), and BHT. Thanks

My skin does NOT like to give up the dead cells so I def need a (gentle) physical exfoliator (I like a liquid format). I will never give up my Strivectin neck cream that I apply using lymphatic drainage techniques. Dr. Raj, I love ALL of your advice and helpful input! I bought a guasha tool on your recommendation and now I just have to fit it into my regimen. It makes sense to me as it works with the lymphatic drainage technique that works on my neck :)

Then I followed up on my hunch and started looking online if more people had extremely dry, crepey, wrinkly, seemingly over night aged skin, predominantly in the under eye area after dealing with ‘the vid’.. and low and behold..I’m not the only one. It’s extremely upsetting as it feel like my skin has aged 10yrs over night and doesn’t seem to absorb products/moisture as it used to. Also extreem loss of elasticity. Any info/help would be awesome. 🙏

So something weird is going on with this.. really hope to get/find some solutions..what I’ve been reading so far is a cause might be oxidative stress. So taking Liposomal vit c and vit e, topical and oral might be a good idea. Also been using caster oil as nothing els really seems to hydrate.. another tip is using reusable silicon under eye patches to lock in the moister of your eye cream a little longer. You simply overdid it and damaged your skin barrier. After your skin barrier is repaired with good moisture and nothing else you can go back to using vitamin c underneath your sunscreen in the day and your retinol product maybe two or three times a week. You then work up until you're using it every night. This will prevent it happening to you again.

Keep it simple, stupid...lol I believe that is the saying . It's true though. I have used a toner one time, and I was not impressed with it, I decided I did not need it , it seemed like an add on for xtra money. You must take care of yourself, especially in your youth. No drinking, no drugs, no hard partying, no eating garbage and you must exercise. Being in my 40's now, it is something that has paid off. It used to bother me when I was younger, being told I was boring but those so called friends that have said that, hit the wall when we hit 30, they looked 50. I love the coconut oil on my neck and chest and the castor oil on my face. when I don't want such a heavy feel, I use a C serum or hyaluronic acid. I did get botox but I don't really care about getting it as much as I used to. I like the oils and my serum. Plus, I LOVE saving the money I would have spent on botox. If it you like it, great, whatever makes someone feel good about themselves but I got tired of spending that money every three months on the dot. I am having fun and enjoying learning about these oils from this channel now. Knowledge is power, love this channel!

While I appreciate and follow Dr. Rajani’s advice, I think saying that peptides are undeservedly overhyped as opposed to Vitamin. C. sounds misleading. There’s a lot of controversy about using Vit. c in skincare. The only one studied enough is Skinceutical’s Vit. c. Hence the unreasonable price 🤷‍♀️ Many practitioners claims Vit. c is a waste of money. I’ve used it for many years, different brands - no effect on collagen building or even on dark spots 🤷‍♀️And I’ve tested them all 🤷‍♀️

Read the studies. C is very well studied. But I treat real patients in real life. Thousands. I m reporting what I see. I think misleading is 2 things
1- an influencer selling them to you because they get commission
2- anecdotal evidence that people follow like gospel.

@rajanimdskincare doc, it corrected my drooping left eye brow. Pictures of me taken from afar would throw me off. I couldn't tell if it was me aging even though I'm only in my early 30s. It was just the water retention in my face. Posture exercises and gua sha massages made a hell of a difference for me. I do it barely 3 to 4 times a week. Also, icing helps a lot too
