3M has mastered the art turning everything into a disposable product....

When I was spraying ultra 9k I would just drop my pressure to 14 psi and back my gun up for the orientation/drop coat, also I would of sprayed sealer on that front door .
I do 3 turns out on every gun and keep everything wide open .

Love your videos bro, keep them coming!! I absolutely love that 3M gun. I paint tons of golf carts down in Sayulita Mexico and hope to get me hands on those tips when they are available to the public! Thanks again for the videos!

Hi Joel, awesome video brother I just love watching you do your thing in the booth as you have a very relaxing painting style which makes it look so effortless which I know it isn't😆
We've had the Fine Finish nozzles here in the UK for a long while and most people seem to like them but some do say that the finish isn't as good on the clear compared to a normal RP/MP type of gun, I can't comment on them as I don't have the gun but you certainly smashed this one out of the park👌I keep saying I will get this gun but I've just bought the Porphis PRD-717 which is a superb gun👊🙏👍John UK

From one painter to another I know you said it's a good gun but I see multiple gun setting changes pressure adjustments, checking if the pot vent is open because of low flow etc etc are they realy ok or are they finneky to set up

Super easy to set up. I check the vent because I tend to leave it closed 😂 not for lack of flow because I forget constantly lol.

Since when does the 3M cup have a breather on top? That must be something new

Pro spot welding sells it. It’s the ionstar!

How does the paint flow with no apparent vent?

It’s a twist lock vent at the top.

That A LOT of kerfuffle for something meant to make things "effortless" I'll stick to my sata. Just load and shoot.

Question : Why use the static gun when your removing the static when your dampening the rag or cloth with a water based cleaning agent ? I'm just assuming that cleaning agent is water based, Any water based product should conduct electricity and dissipate and cling onto something else that will hold the charge like your clothes LOL. Maybe Neutralize yourself away from the objects your painting for ultimate protection! It's not a criticism just some geek observation lol !

Booths are naturally a static filled environment. Lots of air movement and it’s very dry here. Just a simple process that seems to help keep things a lot cleaner!
