Kassandra, I have been following you for about 3 years now. I discovered you during a deep depression I had in my late teenage that lasted 3 years. At this time, even though I was kneedeep in this depression, you were part of a highly strict morning routine I put myself through, that always began with a yoga session at 5;30 AM. Every morning, I met you in my bedroom for a yoga session, and every morning, you encourage me in finding one word to help me through the day ahead. Little by little, I stopped doing yoga everyday, I arrived at the university, I started enjoying life. But every time I needed it, I followed one of your practice. I recently started following your Yoga sessions everyday, and it is always a pleasure. I love this profound moment of peace I found every time I join you on the yoga mat. Thank you for what you are doing, I know you are helping so many people. You are a diamond in this world.

Dear Friend, I’ve been with you for about two years and loves your longer practices. I’m 67 & now have to do specific weight and aerobic excercise to combat osteoporosis so these shorter practices are perfect for my routine. Your cues are the best I’ve experienced. And as someone else said it’s not about selling clothes or props. It’s about body and mind strength rather than how many poses can we whip ourselves into. Thank you!! BTW-I work with youth, aging out of foster care and have shared your practices with many of my clients.
My intention today is determination; people often associate the word with pressure on yourself but lately I’ve come to see that I am at my most determined when I relax and let go

I don't multitask well. So I'll be as "long" as it takes to do each task with mindfulness, focus and attention. And I'll be standing in the moment and long in my body to create space for the Spirit to enter. Pliable and open and ... long.

10/13/24 My word for today is "compassion.' I will be compassionate to myself and others. I will be compassionate with myself as my energy is low and my body feels tight. This was a lovely flow that includes figure 4, sphinxs, warrior 2, butterfly, and deer.
