The Necrobloom - Commander Deck Tech

- เผยแพร่เมื่อ 7 มิ.ย. 2024
- Well hello there my dredgey boy, This deck is trying to make as many tokens as possible, to make us an army so that we can swing them sideways and win the game.
Unlike other land based tokens deck, in this we get to use our graveyard as a resource, as the necrobloom lets us dredge lands back from our graveyard to our hand, so that we can play them again. While we’re dredging, we’ll be fueling up the graveyard with other lands, and a host of other spells for us to use.

Funny enough you don’t need to add a sac outlet for glacial chasm, it sacs itself if you don’t want to pay the 2 life
Came here to comment exactly this
Special mention for Riftstone Portal, with Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth let's you tap for all colors of the deck
Didn't seen it in any deck recomendations
I've got plans to build this guy, but as a mostly zombie tribal deck. Some land shenanigry obviously, how can you not. But not gonna go full bore landfall cuz I've already got that with my Omnath (RGUW)gates deck.
The Mycotyrant could be a great addition here, and also Ayara, First of Locthwain firstly for more token on the end step and to drain from all of the black tokens you'll be making
Amazing video! I'd love to see a video on Coram the Undertaker!
Great video.
One card that could possibly cause the deck to go nuts is Ojer Taq the Deepest Foundation.
I like the variety that this deck can offer, definitely considering building it. Also, super cool beard by the way
Another few sets of lands to include are the Horizon lands and Surveil lands. Abzan is the only three color combo to have all three Horizon lands, and they get you the benefits of a cycling land while being able to be used normally if you don’t need the draw yet. The Surveil lands are just good at getting things in your graveyard and are fetchable to boot.
Just ordered this in the alt art!
My next build 😊 thank you
Love your intro
I just wish wotc made a bwgr commander that is land based. Their are quite a bit of red cards that allow you to utilize lands or play lands quite differently.
Take out the withe and you have Lord wingrace...
@maxisepulveda8105 I like having white in the deck because it gives access to the best removal spells along with the necrobloom and faiths reward. I do play lord wingrace in the deck as well.
For tokens, you could include Tormod, the desecator. Get zombies as you dredge your lands out from the bin.
Amzu as well, but I doubt the 5 mana for a 1/1 once per turn is worth it. Something to consider.
I want to go with a build that will be using no creature cards outside the commander.
But the Kodama says that "if it wasn't put un to the battlefield whit this ability..." So the bounce land entering the battlefield whit the ability don't trigger?
The token is whats triggering kodama, not the bounce land. Bounce land enters, triggers itself and necrobloom, bounces itself back to hand, plant/zombie enters, triggering kodama, put the bounce land onto the field, repeat until you're satisfied.
@@Ultimateafs oooooooohhhhh I get it
Cant stress two things enough, 8-10 ramp in a landfall deck, thats highly depended on having your commander around isnt enough(I play 21 pieces of ramp atm in my highpower version), more ramp is also more tokens, so cut things like mondrak and fuel up your ramp, like that you also have more options at any time, because you can play things more likely and make bigger turns or recover faster after boardwipes. Second thing, NEVER EVER EVEN CONSIDER running Elesh Norn Mother of Machines in this kind of decks. If an opponent takes control of her (And there are so many ways in magic to do so) Your entire game is out of controle because suddenly you dont have landfall triggers anymore. better play panharmonicon, it survives boardwipes, doesnt die to creature removal and is not as hurtful, if its taken from you by another player. Another minor thing, cant really say i enjoy skullclamp in this deck, if you ramp enough you wont be able to make a lot of plants in the process, your very fast at 7+ different lands and making zombies with 2/2 that you cant clamp. But nice video, well made.
