In today's video, I fully embrace my dark side and abandon any pretense of being a player with standards. That's right! I use The Necrobloom from Modern Horizons 3 to craft a land destruction deck. But don't worry, it's not pure land destruction-I'm not a total monster. I've included some landfall cards for variety. So, if you're in the mood to go full Joker mode at your local LGS, this commander deck is perfect for you!

Dont forget, Necrobloom is also a plant so avenger of zendikar also puts counters on it. Add some thiccness to that plant booty

That's funny, I'm in the middle of building a landfall deck with Windgrace as the commander, but after seeing this guy, I might switch my commander to necrobloom instead. Having dredge 2 on all your lands is absolutely insane!
Yeah I agree but also having access to a valakut kill condition is awesome

Im building necrobloom as well, I think its good to play normal basics and snow basics splitted, so you have more options to trigger field of the dead or NB faster.
Another list with no Flagstones of trokair........... or the free cycle combo using amonkhet cycle lands with fluctuator and dredge.....
I highly recommend Ruin Ghost for consideration. It's a two drop white creature that allows you to tap it for a white and flicker a land you control. This means you can get an additional landfall trigger either during your turn or even during someone else's turn. It's also a low threat target so alot of times it avoids removal just by being a 1/1 that people won't really care about until you make it know how nice it can be.

I love land destructionIt's so fair in commander, and people need to run more protection and recursion. Using landfall to rebuild faster is just common sense and a really sick way to speed up the post-Armageddon slow-down that most LD decks struggle with!
I like to make my lands Indestructible and than blow up my opponents lands ;p
Rite of Harmony is also really good with the Necrobloom and Ayula’s Influence allowing you to infinitely generate tokens.
I'm a huge fan of stax decks that target the mana base and Landfall. So, for me playing Burgeoning and Storm Caldron seems pretty on theme!

Six is a good include because of Retrace.
I really like the approach land destruction …. Flag: Yasharn affect all players and prevents fetchlands like « verdant catacomb » from activating their abilities
Also, I still think mass land destruction is too much of a sacred cow still.
I mean yeah the goal is to win, but once you take that to the level this deck will that's pushing it a bit far. I don't gel with playing stuff that actively inconveniences players so hard they outright cannot play the game anymore. I probably wouldn't have fun in a pod where that mindset was acceptable either sadly.
