I’m in the works of a Juri deck that steals opponent’s things with Act of Treason spells and sacrifice them to make Juri bigger for a fling effect. I call it Juri Steals the Show.
I have Juri in the 99 for my Ziatora, the Incinerator deck. I call it the Soap Opera deck because I'm constantly sacrificing/killing off key characters, then using grave recursion to bring them back in later seasons or making token copies of those creatures (the evil twin archetype). Juri does a lot of work in synergy with Ziatora, I'm constantly sacrificing big beef like Yargle & Multani, Phytotitan, and Daemogoth Woe-Eater to sling damage and make treasures to beef up Juri. Plus Fiery emancipation (thank God for reprints) and Zopandrel, Hunger Dominus to amp up their power/damage output from sacrifices.
I'd run Supernatural Endurance and Abnormal Endurance for both protection and to immediately get Juri back after a Fling effect; not to mention the extra 2 damage you'll get off of each. A few obvious upgrades I see for tuning this deck are Nim Deathmantle, Pitiless Plunderer, Grim Hireling, Treasure Vault, Revel in Riches, Hahadi Emporium Master, and Dockside Extortionist. Nim Deathmantle will effectively make Juri Immortal as you can just pay 4 to get him back. Mahadi, Emporium Master would be the cheapest of these upgrades and would add a lot of value as it sort of does what Pitiless Plunderer and Revel in Riches do but together and at your end step. I think Mahadi, Emporium Master is potentially golden pig worthy as it rewards you for you and your opponents killing things, and can load you up on treasures when someone board wipes. Mahadi, Emporium Master is around $2.00 - $2.50 Nim Deathmantle is around $4.00

Harmonic Prodigy is one of the MVPs of my Juri deck. It makes both of Juri's triggers happen twice. Each counter placed on Juri from a sacrifice is done twice. It's fling effect when it dies is done twice. Also, not sure of the price, but The Ozolith is also an amazing card to include.
Awesome list, I would maybe add some just overall useful cards that sacrifice themselves like Evolving Wilds, Terramorphic Expanse, Wayfarers Bauble or some utility lands that sacrifice themselves
What are some good cheap cards for this Deck thats for fun? Not to win instantly but be like thats cool and annoying. Like i can summon 5 goblin tokens
Only for "went to a graveyard this turn", unless it specifically mention "card went to a graveyard". Tokens fizzle out of existance AFTER entering the graveyard
Played it. Low mid and high and it’s a glass cannon. Remove the commander 1 or 2 times and you’re sitting at the table doing nothing. Board wipe yea your done. Enjoy rebuilding the entire game while your opponents wreck havoc.
Is for this reason that when I made a list for the card, I favor not using so many aggressive classic "Rakdos" cards to generate my treasures. Favor a more midrange -> control switch, with larger treasure payoffs like Brass' Bounty or Hit The Motherlode. As many sac lands as possible to both thin the land draws and trigger the commander, and funstuff spell interaction like Chef's Kiss or Tibalt's Trickery. Opal Palace is another nice touch, allowing for big turns where you play a 4th or 5th cast Juri on 11 or 13 mana say, after a full board wipe, and he comes in a bit ahead. As far as getting board wiped, this isn't so bad. A strong enough Juri can deter this as it is, and he actually adds great value to your OWN board wipes- particularly those which won't necessary kill Juri. Black Sun's Zenith, Blasphemous Act, Last One Standing, etc. Also, you're in black. Don't be afraid to just let Juri hit the graveyard, as you have access to some really nice resurrection payoffs for not only Juri but also some other key creatures. Of course he'll still be weak to getting exiled, and bouncing to hand is a bit of a reset. But I think the commander is strong enough to warp table aggro toward or around him, which is a bit nice if you're into playing table politics. **Note, I don't play Juri on a budget. I'm not sure how much of a control package you can feasibly pump into Rakdos on one.

My Juri deck went that way at first, but I found it too slow for my playgroup. I eventually went with treasure based strategy.
How does yours perform?
This is a really fun deck idea. I think you make too many 5-color do thing decks, so this is a really nice change.

I'm currently using mtga as my magic fix, and my goal with juri is to beef him with red spells in one turn, then sac him with a return effect
