Today, I have a Ramadan pita recipe that appeals to the eye with very few ingredients and a very delicious look, I personally enjoyed making it, I hope you will have the same pleasure when you try it, I shared all the details for you in my video and enjoy it in advance to everyone who will try it.
Ingredients:
600gr flour
(If the dough is very watery or sticky, you can add a little more flour. Because the quality of flour is different in different countries. I gradually added another 140 grams of flour )
500 ml warm water
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon dry yeast
For the surface:
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon yogurt
Sesame
