My sternum broke out really bad recently when I haven't had a problem with that in a long time. I used the CeraVe benzol peroxide cleanser followed by the Versed salicylic acid spray twice a day and when there was just hyperpigmentation left I faded the red marks with the retinol serum. It worked! Super effective.
I tried the blemish cleanser 3-4 days it makes my pimples smaller ,my skin loves it .. Good products ❤
Hi Cathy!! I love this video and how informative it it! I have skin texture on my forehead (fungal acne 🤷🏼♀️), actual pimples, but i hate when my skin is dry. What cleanser do you think I should use to get rid of acne and texture without drying my skin out?

I don’t have acne but cerave sa cleanser and lotion is great sometimes but I don’t use everyday because it can be bit drying. It helps with texture
I still moisturize after I wash with this too with the pm ultralight weight by cerave I love it 🥰🥰🥰

I had alot of acne and big pimples on my cheeks. I tried the Cerave SA cleanser for 2 weeks it re results were amazing please give that a try if nothing's working for u♡♡ Great vid again Cathy!
For the SA cleanser, do you recommend it to use everyday?
@althealousie yeah for me I used it everyday with the niacinamide from the ordinary as well as the alpha Arbutin also from the ordinary paired with a face lotion from Cerave . Always pair with sunscreen ( cakemake mermaid gel sunscreen) in the morning. Hoped that helped ;)
Same. I’m using the Inkey List and Ordinary but Cerave SA Cleanser helped me when my face was at its worst. Highly recommend for people who are suffering from acne breakouts

i struggled with acne my whole life and i can confirm that cerave SA cleanser is a life saver ive had clear skin ever since 🤍 its really good for acne prone skin!!
I have zero luck with CeraVe (the am 25spf moisturiser...what a bizarre product 😢) HOWEVER the acne control cleanser (blemish control where I live) is fantastic. Use every 2 or 3 days, oily/acneic skin will love it. I follow up with La Roche Cicaplast Baume. ❤

Cathy can you please review the Paulas Choice regular strength Clear set? I would love your opinion on it and if it’s worth it. I have oily sensitive acne prone skin and a lot of hormonal acne and I’m struggling to find the right skincare routine for myself!
first of all, i absolutely love your channel!! second, i’ve had the retinol serum for a while now and i always thought i couldn’t use a benzoyl peroxide cleanser with it, but i just bought the cleanser and i’m going to try them together tonight! (slow and low of course🥰)

@@ayoolascott honestly my skin is kinda the same😞 i mean the parts of my face that are typically clear look extra smooth and glowy but i’m still breaking out in my usual spots. i’m hoping to see better results if i keep using the products

I got v oily acne prone skin but been using cerave acne foaming cleanser at night i am loving it!!! Though one time I left it on for too long on my face it gave me redness and was a bit itchy too. Strong stuff. I did notice it actually does help me have less inflammatory acne so I'll definitely be purchasing a 2nd one soon.
Can you use it for both morning and night? Or just once a day? Thanks

I went to dermatologist here in Italy .The doc prescribed me expensive cleanser ,creams and gave me medication.But for me nothing worked. In stead it worsened my acne problems. So i went back on my own routine which were benefitting me. I have now started using CeraVe Acne Control Cleanser, la roche posay effeclar duo(+) and la roche posay sunscreen .Hope these works for me.

If you touch a white pimple head and then touch another place where theres no pimples, og a pimple touches for example a pillow and then you skin touches that spot on the pillow, does that mean that a pimple will come there? Cuz you leave something pimple thing there?

I'm at the age of 12 right now and I'm already starting to break out. my pores are more visible and blackheads are my main problem white heads also but not as much as blackheads, my foreheads are starting to have tiny bumps all over which I'm starting to take notice of. I have oily skin and I'm looking for a cleanser that could get rid of those clogged pores/blackheads/whiteheads/bumps and a simple gentle exfoliator. So which do you recommend? right now I'm thinking of wanting the Cerave Acne foaming cleanser BP4% but I I'm still not quite sure if it's the right one. I'm also interested in the foaming facial cleanser, SA, and acne control. yeah, so I'm really stuck in picking which.

Ok so I REALLY NEED HELPP!! I have pimples and little bumps all over my forehead. I don’t have acne anywhere except the forehead. I probably have combination skin. I tried the cerave sa cleanser, I have been using it for 1-2 months. But unfortunately it did nothing for my skin if not make my acne worse.ever since I used this I have little bumps all over my forehead. I never had this, I only had pimples on my forehead… I’m thinking of trying the acne benzoyl peroxide from cerave!

Quastion. My brother has problems with acne. He has his therapy with Roaccoutane (by dermatologist) but he is interested for using cleanser and some hydratizing cream. So he has combo skin, acne, pigmentations and dry skin spots (side effect of the therapy). Do you have some advice? Thank you! 😊

I used the benzoyl peroxide cleanser and it actually cleared out my acne in 2-3 weeks. I was a bit too late dicovering cerave because I have scars on my face because of very bad acne in the past and a habit of picking my acne. Now I am trying to add the retinol serum to my routine in hopes of it helping my skin😢

Try bio oil on the scars twice a day, it’s really really good and doesn’t cause acne
