Lanzhou Lamian | Lanzhou Beef Noodles!

- Today, I made Lanzhou beef noodles, a recipe from one of my shorts I made a while ago. I got many requests to make a full video on how to make Lanzhou-style beef noodles so here it is! It is definitely one of my favorite foods to eat for sure. It was tasty, and it did not disappoint!
I have to say, I don't think I can call this 'authentic' as I couldn't find some spices that they use in Lanzhou, I did not pull the noodles myself and the chilli oil was not made like how it is done in Lanzhou, but this is a pretty good mimic on the original and I hope you like it!

In the city I live there's a restaurant that makes this soup and I really love it 😍. I've been eating it for years, but now it's too expensive. I see why, looks so complicated to make for me.

Good place to start is to cover all the bones and meat and several inches higher in water level :)
