You know what makes me crazy? This woman puts out a video with info. She isn’t trying to game anyone like so many do trying to sell something, make money etc. People trying to knock down her info make me crazy. Why not take your time and make a video of what you think would fight inflammation and not in the spirit of criticizing someone else’s video. We need to start turning this society around to be more kind and helpful and yes we need to start at very what seems like small ways. When I listen to a video I don’t like, unless asked a question by the person delivering it, I go on to the next. We need to get back to kindness one step at a time.

This post is disingenuous. Spinach is extremely high in oxalates. Eating spinach daily as some people do, will cause oxalates to be deposited in the joints and body tissue since the kidneys can only get rid of a small amount every day. Sure, lime juice will stop stones from forming in your kidneys, as will any type of citric acid. Orange juice or Lemon juice will do the same thing, but that will not stop oxalates from accumulating in the body if you are eating too many. Oxalates under a microscope look like glass shards, they cause inflammation throughout the body contributing to all kinds of health issues. If you have been consuming too many oxalates and go on a low oxalate diet to get rid of all the oxalates in your system, it could take months or even years to get rid of them all.

    • @CeeSparks
      @CeeSparks 11 หลายเดือนก่อน +16

@@lawillertonwell, don't eat everyday. I eat it 5 days a week, 1 cup (after it's shrunk from steaming😅), sprinkle with lemon juice, eating with calcium, and of course steaming them. Between the 3, most oxaltes are depleted.
There's literally oxalates in all plant foods. Spinach is at the top of list yet is the most powerful (along with kale) leafy veggie embedded with nutrients particularly if steamed/sauteed. There's ample research on the aforementioned methods on Spinach.
As mentioned in other posts, videos, etc. .if you're one with kidney problems, Spinach should be very limited or not eaten at all. Many folks eat it daily and have wonderful results. Yet I'm sure they do the things strongly recommended to deplete oxalates. 😊😮😅

How to use Rosemary would have been helpful. To release its properties I believe it needs to be heated, as a tea, or by cooking (poultry, and ?). Is heating temperature a factor? I pick it on my neighborhood walks, and store in the produce compartment in the refrigerator in a plastic bag (washable, reusable).
If 'raw' honey is recommended for the drink, heating/cooking it would destroy its raw benefits, so it would be better added after cooking when it is warm enough to dissolve, not heated to high temps.

Another use of anti- inflammatory and foods that help the nerves. I had a heart attack and developed a heart block from it. Had a pacemaker put in. At the start it was functioning 80% of the time. Functional cardiologist gave me diet recommendations, and a friend that's a neurologist had a couple more and some recommended supplements. Six moths later I took a treadmill test and the pacemaker never kicked in. Turns out I still need it for resting as my resting heart rate will go too low. It was at 20-304 usage (sleeping, is a big part of that) but now it's usage is 10-15%. SO there has been a lot of healing that occurred after the heart block formed.

      Hi There,
So spinach like many leafy greens are high in oxalates. If your kidneys are healthy, your body can easily excrete oxalates in the urine. If you have kidney disease, then you should be careful not to consume too much oxalates in a given day. People assume that just because spinach has oxalates you shouldn't consume it. However, spinach has a tremendous amount of nutrients so as long as your kidneys are healthy, it's not an issue.

But will these work for those of us whose nerves have been damaged through chemotherapy treatments? My oncologist told me the neuropathy would cure itself within 18 months. More than 5 years later, nothing has changed nor improved. Did he lie or did he just speak irresponsibly out of total ignorance just to blow me off? More than 18 months later, I came back to him to tell him the neuropathy did not go away. He told me then it was permanent.😢😭
If you see this message, Dr Monteiro, please let me know your experience with victims of chemo.🙏 I'd love to know there's hope here for folk that have remained damaged after several years.
Much love from TX. TY for sharing your knowledge to help your many viewers.👋👋

I just found your channel and really enjoyed it. I’m having a big problem with inflammation. Your list is filled with a lot of what I like. The things I don’t like you’ve given alternate options. I also like the way you deliver your information. You don’t try to capture or I call “kidnap us” with lots of extraneous conversation. I especially dislike when someone tells us all details about the subject at hand… then at the end give the original info. My brain works differently. I need the info for instance you mentioned capers… I happen to like them. But then I start incorporating what you said about its nutritional value and different ways to use. If it’s done the opposite way I’m busy trying to guess what the item is missing the info I didn’t know. So I’m looking forward to research your other videos …. Thank you very much. Plus you have a pleasant voice and cadence.

Interesting and helpful video. I hadn't realised about the negative effect of high temperature water and green tea.
People in Britain generally don't put milk into green tea!
Milk goes with black tea (for most people who take milk).
The tea controversy is whether you pour tea (black) into a cup that has milk in it already. Or whether you pour milk into tea (black). There are some who prefer lemon in their tea, for example Darjeeling.
It's much like the scone controversy: whether clotted cream goes on top of the jam (jelly I think that's called in the USA) or whether the jam goes onto top of the clotted cream.

I have to comment, at 3:30 in, that mushrooms contain purines, which cause uric acid, and that's a cause of gout. You can find list of the foods ( broccoli family, and some animal products, etc.) online. As always, moderation in all things. I do believe they have good properties. I didn't know about purines until I developed a terrible burning pain all across the joints of a foot that had a toe damaged from breaking it over 40 years ago. I could feel the acid flowing into the joints! I just stopped eating those foods for a while. I eat small amounts now. I was eating cauliflower almost daily, and making barbecued mushroom sandwiches, etc. Great for maintaining weight on a vegetarian diet, but could be a real problem if you have osteoarthritis, like me.

What a find!!! I suffer from a lot of lots if spinal injuries. I am an RN that suffered a serious injury on a psych unit that ended my career. So I am always searching for help. I don't like pain meds as I have found that if you block the pain too much you tend to move in a way that will worsen your pain when the pill wears off. So it is not an option for me, that just creates that vicious circle of pain meds. I listened this and was very excited. Those are the kind of finds that can make your life more product, healthier in many ways.....what a find! I loved the simplicity of the whole thing, and the amount of info was very generous. I personally am a huge fan of chiropractors, they just make perfect sense to me. Thanks so much for the info and I look forward to more. 😂

Not sure what you are talking about. I don't recall mentioning vaccines so your answer is CRAZY!! Since that is my specialty you made need some treatment. I don't really even know how to answer. I did not get a covid vaccine in fact I only get a pneumonia vaccine because I have a 4th stage NHL. I don't normally say things like this but you really got on my last nerve today. You are a sick person full of hate. Perhaps seeing psychiatrist would be of benefit for you because made no sense with your statement. You may also want to start praying more for your salvation. Because it is my belief and relationship with the Lord I will pray for you.

@SacGeoTV In answer to your questions not that this is any if your business. On a personal nite I did not get the vaccines nor will I. Every patient has the ability to refuse treatment, I did. And as for my injuries, it was either my patients 80 year old father or me that got the beating and I chose to get his Dad out of the way. In about 2 minutes my career was over, 6 surgeries and refusing anymore. But let me show better taste than what you showed me. You and your lived ones have a blessed Easter.
