    I like how she doesn't really mention words weight loss, fat, calories or such. Makes me want to do these excercises for pure fun and benefit instead of doing this all goal-directed.

      I've noticed that the more stressed I am the worse are cramps. Exercising reduce stress in your body so may really lessen those cramps

    Everyone's always curious about how many calories these dance videos burn. I decided to post my results! Today was dance day on her workout plan I'm doing, meaning I just did all 4 back-to-back, no break. I did in this order; Oldies, Sexy, 80s, and Happy Dance.
    I am 162cm or 5'3.5" tall and
    I am 68.5kg or 151lbs
    By the end of the Oldies dance I burned 106 kcal; 106 kcal burned.
    By the end of Sexy I burned 250 kcal; 144 kcal burned.
    By the end of 80s I burned 413 kcal; 163 kcal burned.
    By the end of Happy I had burned 564 (could be more, I had to take Hey Mama high knees slowly because I have bad knees); 151 kcal.
    I also did a 10 minute cool down stretch (no video) and by the end of my workout I had burned about 620 kcal in total. Your numbers will likely vary given only doing one video since I did all of them back-to-back. Posting this on the 4 videos so people can find!

    Great for warming up the body to keep warm. It’s really cold in my house so I’ve restarted these excellent workouts having found you Pamela during covid lockdown. I’m 60 and doing my best to stay in shape. It’s now “Cold House Workouts”. Thank you Pamela ❤

    Me and my mother did this yesterday since she wants to lose weight. When I showed her the moves before doing it she was giving up but I told her that these were 80s music and she got motivated. We did it and she had lots of fun. Thank you❤

    I only used to do weight training. I hated cardio! Now I’ve started to incorporate your dance videos into my routine! The only cardio that I actually enjoy! That’s Pamela!!!!!!

    Wow, hit the "like," button if at first you thought this was "too easy," but wound up sweating by the end of it. This is the perfect low-impact exercise that you can do in a small space. I was expecting a high-impact crazy-beat cardio routine, but this did the trick. Thank you, Pamela, you just got a new subscriber!

      Promise you losing weight won’t give you happier. Working out to be healthy is a good thing but being thin or muscular won‘t make you more confident or joyful. Take care of yourself, don’t overdo it (Take that from someone who’s diet phase developed into an Eating disorder and took years from me).     when those squats hit, I was about to pass out lol. Great workout btw, the music was energetic and I felt somewhat replenished afterwards. I Had to stop a couple of times, but there's no hurt in taking a break, as long as you keep going :)

    Coming back to this one year later!
    I freaking LOVE these videos as a warm up. Honestly if I don't start my workout with a dance video, I feel like my workouts aren't as effective. Some days I feel lazy and I skip cardio but I feel better 100% of the time I incorporate it.

    By far my favorite workout! My favorite, besides the music, is the timer. Everytime I feel like I'm going to quit, all of a sudden I hear the timer motivating me to hang in there. And I'm not too coordinated when it comes to dancing, so easy to follow. I also live in an apartment and a lot of other workout videos makes you do jumping jacks, I can't have my neighbors complaining. So it's perfect!

    This was the perfect workout as I ease back into exercise after suffering adrenal exhaustion due to extreme dieting/fasting I actually broke a sweat and my heart rate increased. Please keep adding these types of routines to help people with similar issues. 80's has the absolute best music for dancing!
