Wonderful Work! One simply cannot go wrong by investing 10 - 15 minutes daily with this kind of learning. Fantastic video book review. Splendid example of "clarity and brevity". THNAK YOU!

Hi Nathan - I am really enjoying your video synopsis and just wanted to give you a thumbs up. I found this one especially useful. And will likely look for this book as we do a lot of work with empowerment for women. Thanks!
I’m captivated by this content. A similar book served as a catalyst for self-improvement. "Dominating Your Clock: Strategies for Professional and Personal Success" by Anthony Rivers
I'm confident having an upright position does affect the mind and such in a good way. But it seems "power posing" is yet to be proved as a fact. Most likely though, it's not a major change on the mind.
This is such a stupid opinion on so many levels. 1- This isn't yoga. 2- Science and Knowledge doesn't belong to anyone, so it's not plagerism. 3- "Ancient techniques" isn't valuable knowledge worth 'copying' in the first place. This book's content is based on the scientific studies the author has carried out, thats a 1000 times more valuable and credible than some "ancient technique". So the book offers much more than "straighten your spine, feel the flow of water, be one with the air" and other dried ancient BS people used to believe.
+Julie Tara Glad you liked the video! Sorry for not including images of a woman doing power poses, it was not my intention to leave out such images. I simply wanted to show what poses I learned from the book and I thought it would be easiest to take photos of myself as an example. Amy's message is critical for both men and women if they want to improve their performance.

great work. You help me and motivate me a lot. Thank you my friend
Nothing motivates me more than someone telling me "You won't be able to do that!". Proving people wrong is the ultimate driver for many.

What exactly is imposter syndrome ?
Jordan Peterson makes this point as well.
Uhh.... Nobody's gonna talk about Hawking?
She is just rebranding ancient Hatha Yogic techniques and postures and selling it in West. Plagiarism. To have erect spine is first lesson in yoga.

0:56 "all of this from a girl" Really? "Girl?"
You took it wrong, it feels like that because he paused there. I relistened it, but he meant to say 'from a girl, that felt like an imposter'
Definitely, he meant it as "a girl who felt like an imposter". Not "Girl" in the sense of the weaker gender.
Hi ~ I like your video but really wonder why you have not included even one image of a woman doing the power poses. Seems very odd to me!

+Productivity Game it better without an image of a woman! it speaks to both men and women!
what?

This book seems ridiculous
