So basically, actively seek discomfort and failure (in practices) while making it feel like a fun thing.

This is one of the channels that gave me the courage to start my TH-cam channel 8 months ago about self development. Now I have 935 subs and > 800 hours of watch time. I know it’s not comparable with others but I’m still proud I started because I’ve been learning so many lessons that I could haven’t learned without getting started in the 1st place.

Your clear and concise summary of books is such a gift! I’ve watched ALL of your videos and they are amazing. please don’t water down the message with annoying sponsor ads (e.g. Athena). Totally detracts from the message!

Thank you!!! This book is pickup up a lot interest and being marketed like crazy. It would be great to see this book and Angela Duckworth (Grit) be on a podcast.

The book You Suck by Paulie Amigo is pretty funny and practical. The thing with character is that people just adopt the characters they're told to adopt...programming.
