I LOVE THIS IDEA SIR thank you from Philippines
You are very welcome
How would tighten the roller on the 43cc China friction drive kit?
Is thos the best chain tensioner for bike motors? I have the one that came with my 80cc motor and I've had to replace that white plastic roller a dozen times now and have only had my motorized bike for 3months. I have shattered a few, some just crack, some plit in two, but for the most part they don't last.
looks like a good product brother .
Thank you
That’s a good lookin chain tensioner. If u need a fellow TH-cam motorized Bicyclest to try it out just let me know I would b happy to help 😆
100cc exhaust
How do I get them
@@brynsmith179 100cc ? Do u mean the yd100 or the steel sleeved 49mm 100cc motors u can buy or dif type 100cc?
Is this a better option than the spring loaded tensioner that connects to the sprocket cover?
I'll say yes. The spring loaded ones will let the chain jam up inside the case sometimes.
How long does shipping and handling typically take?
I'll process the order next working day and ship US Postal 3 day Priority so say 3-5 working days
Tried the new bolt on engine one with spring😬....chain was not loose or too tight and it got binded up in crank case....which locked my rear wheel up😬🤕...not a fan of them chain meets to close when tensioning it
Yup. Ive heard lots of that same story
@@HughesMotorized i was doing 30 mph too😬...my leg took a beating...sticking with the 49cc 4 stroke...as the drive sprocket is totally free from any walls/housing👌...a video on the safest style/'tensioner/ position would be a good video...just saying😊
Please Help I think I found the answer on this Page and i happening on instant impulse I subscribed yes I did ☺️ where can I find this arch thingy?🤔

Once you've established the washers. Most hardware stores offer a variety of spacers. Match one to fit. Eliminates the spacing washers. Just a tip.
Good idea
Can you use this for a mini bike
modification would be needed
The problem with my arch chain tensioner was that it would hit against my spokes, and it was also heavy. I would say it's only really suited for cruiser-style bikes.
What bike had this issue?
@@HughesMotorized It's an old mountain bike.
@@Tom-zv9fl Brand name and model?
@@Tom-zv9fl he wants to know so he can improve the product
@@HughesMotorized I actually don't know the make or model of the bike as when I brought the bike second-hand it didn't have any stickers on it.
Will this work on a Schwinn OCC stingray ?
Should. Might need to play w/ hardware some
@@HughesMotorized ok thanks
How about no chain tensioner at all???
Arch Chain Tensioner
That's so Batman!
Can I have mine in the shape of a bat?

The problem with most of these "wheel' tensioner is the fact that these wheels are normally made of a lesser grade material then the metal chain rolling over it a million times..because of this the plastic wheel will eventually wear down..and it doesn't really leave a true track for the chain to run on..I don't think I could trust it with no guide walls to help the chain from slipping off the wheel..or having to readjust it often as the tensioner wheel starts to wear down..if I was to use such product..I would mod it to where it would use a small metal sprocket with teeth instead..
The chain cuts a groove into the plastic wheel and that helps guide it
Exactly my problem. My wheel tensioner literally exploded off my bike today, hit my spokes and flew off somewhere in to a field. Had to bike home. Ive been resarching options for better quality wheel so this dont happen again, a metal one would be perfect.
You're saying put a wrench to that fat hunk of iron bracket and bend it in place.. putting pressure against your frame while trying to bend that iron bracket???
The frame is strong enough due to the wheel and other metal sections. Promise. I've built bikes from scratch
Hmmm, interesting! Taking orders?
Yes Indeed. Just click on the link in description
