Since I started your exercises, workshops and movement snacks in October I have not only seen changes to how my body looks, but I can feel my body working even if I just stand at the check-out at the supermarket. Tangible results with significantly less effort than traditional gym sessions. I am 56, was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my 20s and was always told to do gentle exercise but be careful. Your exercises have improved my joint mobility while building strong muscle chains and strengthening facia to make my body feel much stronger overall in a very short space of time. Movement snacks have become normal part of my daily life without even thinking about it. I can't recommend this enough.

I really want to incorporate this into my fitness routine as well. BTW, I'm a 60 y.o. woman, and my knee issues are from trauma, not run of the mill osteoarthritis, which is no joke either.
i move like you, i am happy i have found you. i have had to restore my body after a 30ft high fall. the way i found best was through constant movement excessive and exertian. also took a massage course in thailand. i feel like i have learned so much about how my nervous system works

talk to us about moving these ways in front of people - in an airport or at work it would seem like drawing attention - I am doing it at work but I have had (nice) remarks from managers coming to ask about it... I dont like attention but I know my body is more important
I have a bulging neck disc and stenosis. Which program can I do after I recover? I don’t know if I will ever be allowed to lift weights. How do you feel about weights vs 3D/pilates style movements? I am in my late 40s. Thank you!
I love everything about your channel, however I have osteoporosis in my lumber spine and hips. It’s very low number score (the beginning stages) and trying to strengthen my bones and muscles.
I have to mention this because it worked for me. Doctors told me high blood pressure and prediabetic. I gave up 100% dairy and ate fish or local beef 1 or 2 a week. In a month my levels went down in 2 months I was cleared. My almost 70 father did it too for arthiritis and he is riding his bike again for hours and miles daily when before he had a hard time getting out of bed. Normal protein from 20% animal protein 80% plant protein (not powders or mixes, whole real food) and high fiber from fruits veges and powder form and prebiotics/probiotics plus 1 mile walk (15min) and 30min low impact Hiit cardio.
Love the idea but you talk too much! In every video 80% is bllbla and 20% exercises. I don't have time for this. I understand it is important to get the theory but every video is just words words. I don't have a lot of time to train. I prefer a video with 20 minutes of exercises than one with 15 minutes of words and 5 of exercises. Please change

Did this daily with no sugar and no added salt no pastas/potatoes/rice, heavy flour carbs.
Carnivore Diet helps so much. If you can eat mostly meat and eggs, you'll be in a lot less pain and your body will heal!
