    Nicole, i don't know if you'll read this but I started crying when I finished this workout (still am as I type this.) I've been in a depressive state since the end of April and have not had any energy in me to work out, which is something I'd loved doing regularly/daily for the past 2 years. I don't know what it was but my mind told me I was incapable while my body was screaming at me to move. Today was the first time I'd worked out for more than 45 minutes in the past 2-3 months. As soon I finished the video I felt immense relief and started sobbing and thanking myself for doing this for me, and performing this act of self love. I have to thank you from the bottom of my heart. I will be following along with you on this 7 days challenge and start again. We can always start again. Thank you, much love ❤️❤️❤️

    Former Olympic Speed skater, cyclist and powerlifter,. Now holding myself together well as a masters athlete all thanks to Nicole. Did my time with weights , knew that the time for more age appropriate exercises (pilates) would come. it has. I picked a couple off this channel to start, never looked back. .. Thanks Nicole. Maintaining raw strength, and muscle but way with more control, no niggles. Love the variety. Great Instructor. Thanks so much for creating this channel.

    Love the pace of your workout - not too fast, not too slow! There's a sense of satisfaction at the end of the workout for completing every moves without stopping!

    After having done this workout i felt the need to mention some things:
    1. this workout is one of the most amazing workouts ever existed on youtube
    2. the fact that you started using a mic brought you so much closer to us, listening to the inhales-exhales and realising that we are all in this together!
    3. the background music is amazing and is creating an aesthetic environment
    4. i felt really happy and content at the end of this workout.
    I feel only happy that your channel is growing and growing.
    I introduced Move with Nicole to my boyfriend (he's an aerial performer) and he loved every single workout! now im getting messages daily from him "just did a nikki workout" (sorry for the nikki haha), and sometimes we even do together the workouts !
    all in all, thank you and i wish you all the best for the future !

      You put it so much more eloquently than I could have... I feel truly magical after her long workouts, like a combination of a massage, meditation, and workout. And I never feel strained or overtaxed. Sometimes my shoulders and wrists need a quick break or shake out, but I just pause it during that and go right back in.

    I fully underestimated pilates, so as a beginner, I tried this workout. It should be noted, I didn't even finish this workout. I think I did like 40 minutes and I did simpler versions of your movements.

    Tell me why my legs were wobbly immediately after. Then I thought, psshh this is probably because of the stretching I did after.

    Dear Nicole, I cannot tell you enough how I love all of your videos! I’m 50 years and was fairly athletic during my younger days but have neglected my exercise since a couple if years. I have had severe pain in my knee joints and was recuperating from a frozen shoulder. Ever since I began your workouts a couple of months back, I’m so much more flexible, my knee pain is gone my shoulder is back to normal. Not to mention the toned abs and derrière I am seeing in the mirror :)
    You’ve saved me tons of money in expensive pilate classes, and I get to watch your videos and do Pilates atleast 6 days a week for free at the comfort of my home. Also love the variations of videos and my fav is the one hour, 55 min and 50 min option. And your calm and gentle voice guiding through the session is so relaxing.
    Look forward to a new series of 1 hour variations!

    Thank you Nicole and to all of you for sharing your stories! I also have my grateful story - over the past two years I experienced two knee surgeries, started and resigned from a very toxic job and ended one toxic relationship to end up finding and marrying the man of my dreams - physically out of shape and up 25 lbs and mental exhausted, I found these videos - I had never done Pilates, yoga, running, but I am sold. I am so grateful for the soothing, calm accepting and nurturing manner every video brings.
    We are given permission to bring and be only what we can, and this is freeing but also empowering. Within a few months, I dropped the 25lbs I couldn’t shake for the past two years, my knee feels amazing (thanks to the great glute work) and my mental state has followed suit. I am grateful to hear so many others are benefiting as well! Keep on keepin’ on!

    Girl,I was sobbing and dying by the first half hour and when the legs came in i knew I couldnt do it but i kept pushing through sweat and a river of tears. After the workout i felt all my stiffness gone and my headache disappeared! Thank you Nicole for pushing me through my mental limit and making me realise that I can do the impossible❤❤

    After having my 3rd baby after losing about 50lbs before that and then gaining a lot of it back these videos (and of course healthy eating habits) has given me the hope of getting my healthy body back! You kill me with almost every video but its totally worth every sore muscle! Whenever I think I CANT do something and I try I'm pleasantly surprised how toned my body is becoming. Thanks for putting these videos out!

    Found some new muscles in my legs doing those side lunges!!! Really worked me. I had decided to workout on the lawn with the scent of roses wafting across. Feel fabulous now.

    Nicole - I'm grateful to you that I've managed my health through your videos for the last 1 year and 5 months. I had a health issue only cured by weight loss. I lost the weight and eliminated my problem and have stayed healthy. Although the holidays or any day can be stressful it is important take care of ourselves and your videos help! Happy Holidays!     I've been doing Nicole's pilates workouts for the last few months which I have LOVED! I did this one Day 1 on Saturday and yesterday had to take a break as my glutes were seriously worked hard.... but such a great workout... thank you Nicole! I've just done Day 2 today Monday and different but equally as good...

    Thank you for repeating on proper positioning and breathing throughout. I’d find myself slipping up and then you remind me. 😄 I’m realizing after doing heavy weights for 2 years how I’m not flexible anymore. I didn’t realize how much I missed doing Pilates. Back at it.     Absolutely incredible pilates class! Very well instructed, not too fast & did not hurt my lower back! I've been doing similar exercises individually for yrs since my back surgery but only started trying out the classes a few weeks ago. Immediately hooked, several times/week. This is one of the best classes yet and my new favorite! Can't wait for day 2!

    Nicole, I realized that y that I've been doing your workouts for more than a year!! Time really flies. But I can't imagine my life without your videos - the workout flow, the music, and your positivity create a safe space where I feel like the weight of life lifts for a little while and I can be relaxed and happy during the workout and for the rest of the evening too (I usually do them later afternoon).     Nicole, it's been almost 6 months since I started doing your workouts. Besides the fact that your workout instructions are one of the best out there, I appreciate that you fuse different exercises together in one video, from pilates to barres, yoga and whatnot.     Nicole I started my pilates series and I couldn't say enough but thank you for sharing these amazing workouts with the world. The flow is perfect and the dynamic is unique.     I haven’t worked out in about two months due to a massive depressive episode. Couldn’t make it through the entire thing but made it to minute 33 and I feel great about myself now. Thanks for your content 🙏🏼

    I really enjoyed this workout, I felt energized and calmed after this workout, I like that you explained each step in detail so that I could know if I did it correct or not. And I am happy that you use a MIC that we can hear you speak on the sight bringing you closer to us.

    hi nicole I love your pilates classes so much, I´ve had several Eds and my relationship with exercise and my body act. was or is still a big issue of mine ,but lately I started doing your videos and it's unlike the exercises I did before ,they aren't exhausting nor do I see them as punishment they just make me feel happy and energysed and I feel how much it's helping me to feel better in general. so thank you a lot

    Those mountain climbers at the end almost killed me 😅 I also particularly liked the trick of pushing into our leg with our hand during the ab series. So effective, it was just as hard as when doing abs with weights! Can't wait for day 2 💓

    Today I tried Pilates for the first time and I absolutely loved it...few weeks back I had an injury due to which I cannot do high impact moves , so glad I found this video, left me sweaty and refreshed at the same time....thank u so much.....day 1 of challenge complete✔️ See u tomorrow!

    I've recently come across your channel, and I'm in love with this..
    I am one of those who want to workout 6 days/week but end up doing only 2 because of all those heavy jumpings and all that and end up with body pains, which makes it really difficult to be consistent...
    But after doing your workout I was not at all tired, I was pretty relaxed and at the same time I did sweat a lot. I never knew that it was possible to feel relaxed after working out.
    I'm really thankful to you for bringing us these awesome workouts.

    Hi Nicole, Thanks for the sharing. it’s a wonderful full body workout. It won’t be too harsh and just on the point to pick it up. feel the pressure on the target muscle but not too demanding. Eventually could motivate me to repeat at least 4 times a week. Do your workflow for 2 months and my lower back pain is relieved a lot. thank you so much for your efforts. 😊

    Hi Nicole, I truly loved your class - I made another comment about it - but I just wanted to know if you could please post the videos of the challenge earlier? I'm from France and this one have been posted at 1 pm, however I prefer to workout in the morning 😄 of course there's nothing wrong if you cannot!
