i love that idea of the vase with the glass beads. that sounds way prettier than a tiny garden pot and a stake! haha

I just bought some of these bulbs at home depot today. What is the latest time of the year can i plant them? I prefer them outside. We know that the weather here in Houston changes every few minutes. 😂😆🤣

I have started my amaryllis from last year and the leaves, 5 in all are growing tall and green. Should I cut them bk to force a flower? It is not blooming, just growing leaves which are dark green and healthy. I would like the flower though.

Mine are just likes your only leaves. How do I get them to bloom please? I live in Malta which is right in the middle of the Meditterrian Sea. Thanks for your time.

Hello is it necessary to trim them? My mother planted one in my yard and now i have about 5 however not all that blossom i would say 3 of them do so. However i dont really care for them but they grow tall and fast. Im in zone 10 and is it necessary to cut the leaves off in order for it to sprout flowers? I have the white flowers but i certainly wouldnt mind having the red and pink ones.
