    I made this yesterday. WOW the porky, spicy, rich, flavour was something special. I have never had those flavours before. The Ndjua was made from Bershire pork which is a derivative of the famous pork from England but made in the US midwest. Intense porky flavour but I only used perhaps 2 ounces. about 16 Euros here for 6 ounces. My friend, you have to feature more dishes with this product.

      Thank you so much! Nduja is a sausage with a decidedly intense flavour. You either love it or hate it. Try it and let us know 😊 🙌🏻

      Hi, it's a little-known ingredient outside Italy but very versatile, it lends itself to many uses. 👍🏻🤗

    Eat X 2. Also did some research about this dish to learn it's origin. This cooking is inspired. Thanks.

      Hi, have you come back yet? How wonderful! Nduja (in Italian it is pronounced "Nduia", for us J is like I) is a spreadable, very spicy sausage, typical of Calabria; It has a very intense, spicy flavor with a smoky aftertaste. Burrata is typical of Puglia and with its delicacy it serves to tone down the spiciness of Nduja. A dish with the flavors of southern Italy! 😉😊

      Yes! Was blocked for using Ad-Blocker and I hate it if it cost content providers but the Ads are nonsense to me. Love your cooking, its simple but the flavor is great. American Italian is not the flavor I'm looking for but the real thing. Palates in the US are so overblown. Simple good food by Italians is the way to go. Fell in love with Italian flavors in 1977 by watching Martin Scorsese Mean Streets with the Feast of San Gennaro. Your video's are so good that I have cooked many and loved them all. Thanks guys.

      @@JohnMartin-ys1kn I understand you but the advertisers are the ones who pay us 😂 thanks as always for the nice compliments. We try to do our best. In addition to the great classics and my inventions or reinterpretations, we like to bring to light recipes that are less popular but truly hidden gems (such as the Assassina or the Nerano) and ingredients that are quite common for us but that few people across the border know about (see Nduja and Bottarga). We are really happy to have you back among us so quickly! Best regards! ❤🤗

    noodle cooked without vegetable oil? HOW DO YOU KEEP THEM FROM STICKING?

    • @Pastaandbastarecipes
      @Pastaandbastarecipes  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi, the pasta should be cooked in salted water; the right proportion is 1l of water, 100g of pasta, 10g of salt. If you follow the steps in our recipes your pasta will never stick; use a quality pasta, which has a great influence on the final result of the dishes! 😉🤗
