  • This traditional Calabrian pasta mixes potently spicy nduja with the creaminess of fresh ricotta. It is seriously one of the top 5 pastas I have ever made. If you love spice then you will be addicted to this sauce made with this unique, spreadable salami. The best part is that it only takes less than 15 minutes to make.

Have you ever had 'nduja before? Have you ever cooked with it? Leave a comment below and let me know what you thought of it when you ate it.

As ambitious of a statement as this is: yours is my favourite (especially Italian) cooking channel!
No silliness (nothing wrong with it, but it gets distracting), little music, no fluff; just extremely simple-to-follow, high-quality instructions, while also not being a monotonous infrographic thanks to the constant human presence.
The recipes here are insane. I ordered some (canned) 'Nduja and made the above recipe. As you said, it's one of the best pastas in existence.

I am so flattered what a compliment! I am so glad that you are enjoying the videos but am especially happy that you made the dish! Now I have somebody to vouch for how good it truly is and that I wasn't exaggerating!

There is a lot of hot chili pepper (Peperoncini) in it. It is a Calabrian specialty for spicy lovers. By the way, the Calabrian Peperoncini are famous not only here in Italy but also abroad.

You can also make this recipe using Mascarpone instead of Ricotta...
