    That soup looks really good, I will definitely give it a try. I love soups in colder times. Today, I will make minestrone soup: cook different vegetables like carrots, green beans or kidney beans, mushroom, cabbage, onion, selery etc. in a broth. Add a bit of tomato paste and sage. I a separate pan, cook small pasta. Serve with fresh basil (or if not in season, use a table spoon of basil pesto) and grated parmesan cheese. And mix in den cooked small pasta in your bowl with a part of the cooked veggies and broth.

    Colleagues from work are currently in Tokyo, its 30 degrees there, so still very hot ! In Switzerland, where I live, its about 5 degrees at night, and around lunch time 15 to 20 degrees.

      It is getting cooler in Hokkaido, so it is now the season for warm soups. In Tokyo, according to the weather forecast, it is going to be hot to about 35 degrees for the next few days. Tokyo is still hot during September.
