Baby corn 1/4 cup 0:27
Mushroom 3 tbsp 0:30
Garlic powder 1/2 tsp 0:34
Ginger powder 1/2 tsp 0:38
Black pepper 1/2 tsp 0:40
Salt 0:44
Oil 1/2 tbsp 0:48
Med flame, 10 mins, cover
Flip
10 mins
Shred
Soy sauce 1/2 tbsp 2:06
Tomato ketchup 1 tbsp 2:09
Cornstarch/cornflour 1.5 tbsp 2:23
Water 1/cup 2:31
Add
Cook for 2.5 mins 2:53
1 egg
Beat
Slowly add and continuously stir 3:26
Lemon juice 1/2 tbsp
Coriander 2 tbsp
