The youngest of the two children was found dead after he and his older brother were left alone in the apartment. The boys’ mother is now facing child neglect charges.

Child neglect charges ??
When u leave a 4 yr old and a younger one at home ..and one dies.. that should be a murder charge !!! On top of an attemtped murder charge !
Criminal negligence causing death, failing to provide necessities of life and two counts of abandoning a child under 10 yrs old.
@@nursebev2249and what she’ll get to the “fullest extent” isn’t the fullest extent she should get.
@@lynnroney1234 I agree.
What a horrible person. The mother
Not fit! I have a 32 yr old daughter with 4 kids that I’m raising and the system still would have those kids in her care if I didn’t fight for them. The System is so broken and ppl need to be held accountable the mother and the family protection system. I have no sympathy for her. So sick and tired of junkies being given the excuse they’re an addict while innocent babies and children are suffering and dying.
😢r.i.p. sweet Angel ❤🙏
This is the truth. These poor kids.
only four years old....and he watched his little brother die, why cant people realize that fathers can be better parents??
Maybe Dad is not that great either.
Father’s who have ‘No-Contact’ Orders??
What’s in that mind of yours? Pop Tarts??
Because that's not always true. Look at how many times fathers are given visitation and the child ends up dead .
It was the mother who abandoned them.
They have got to stop automatically giving the children to dangerous women
And dangerous MEN,
Wait and see what happens in the US as women are denied abortion access. Too much of child rearing falls on mothers.
Dad had a no contact order. 🤦🏻♀️
Men too
My heart hurts rest easy Angel 🙏🏼
Give that father his child
That depends on what the argument was between both parents. Maybe both of them aren't fit.
Lol.. a judge granted a no-contact order .. Are you sure??
@@CikisHelyzet What was the reason?
The father has a long rap history
@@pamfullerton5334 So both of them weren't suitable parents. 😬
This is horrible
Heartbreaking.... Just heartbreaking...
Little children are so vulnerable, people are becoming either so selfish or mentally unstable they abandon their own consciences. It's just heartbreaking how they have children just to allow them to suffer. 💔
People need to stop looking at women as automatic victims. And defending them when they act as predators. Women can be just as spiteful and vendictive as any man.
Crikey that's my hood!!! I keep telling people, trust no one, you never know who your interacting with, be short with people and always have situational awareness.
I, along with so many, would have taken these sweet boys and given them a life of love and hope. My heart breaks for them.
God love his little soul😭😭 both of them
Every Child Deserves A parent, not Every Parent Deserves A Child ! Horrible! Don't understand the thinking of parents sometimes? Do they not know there's other options if they have issues and can't or don't want to be a parent no longer? Anythings better than this happening? Hopefully everything work out for the other little guy, he Deserves the very best ! I'm a mother of 4 ( 5,12,16 and 18 yrs) and my child are my world! As they should be ❤ wish I could SAVE them ALL ! 😔❤
Amen
Very,very sad-
People watch a 2 minute clip and they believe the father is the one who should’ve had custody. Sorry, but I would need more information to come to that conclusion. A custody order was in place for reasons we will never be fully aware of.
Wait……Child services not checking up on these children? Sounds as if with all the issues …somebody should have been. Dear God….another sad case.
My Lord, what wrong with those mothers😢
😮 what kind of mother could do this? Its just unthinkable!
Some people aren't ment to be mothers if only they knew what they through away
Horrible
Heartbreaking
I cried when I watched this. Losing babies and young children should not still be happening!😢
This is just down the street from where I live. So sad. Rest In Peace little guy. The mother's name is Amanda Fellowes.
No contact order for the dad. Doesn’t that mean he’s guilty of domestic abuse?
Horrifying- you wonder what is so wrong with some people that they can do such awful things to another living thing…
1. The father has no custody at all, and a no contact order against him, must b a violent and/or druggie type dude, not good at all for kids.
2. The mother abandons the kids, one dies of starvation likely, smacks also of drugs etc.
DOESNT look like either parent was a responsible reliable parent to me. Poor kid needs a proper home away from these people.
Not how it always works.
No contact was with mother. So that's why he could not see kids. He had started custody proceedings earlier.
@@lizbenjamin6995Then some arrangements should have been made with the courts so that he could have had at least supervised visits. I think there is more to this.
Theyre both junkies.
I agree. It’s best for the kid if he can block his parents out of his memory completely. Sad but this is what repeats the addiction. The wounds of our past.
This country has a serious problem with the way father's are treated. Father's have no rights in Canada. It's the children who suffer and CAS couldn't care less. It's almost like they enjoy keeping fathers from their children. Disgusting
That’s BS Canada always tries to give dads their rights even if they don’t deserve it.
Did you even pay attention?? This man has a no-contact order. You don’t get those in a Cracker Jack box. Stop giving men a pass... he was clearly not doing for his children either.
the father lost his kids too / addiction makes you do things you never thought you could do / starve her we gotta get a lot firmer
So sad❤️🙏
Oh no 😢God bless his wee soul. He is now in Christ's arms in Heaven. 👼🎚✝️🕊️🏴🌟
Amanda fellows is her name .
This is so tragic
Oh my god ..... 😮😢😢😢😢😢😢
Sad put the parents in jail
So, the infant died of malnutrition??
IMO --this little boy deserves to be in a solid family situation with some stability. If the father had no contact, there had to be a reason for that, and the mother turned out to be a loser. Maybe an adoptive family might be the best thing for him 50-50.
imho You are terribly wrong! My son was married to a woman exactly like Amber Heard, and though they had 50/50 custody she denied him his rights to see the 3 children. He had to take the time to save up for an attorney, and all that goes with that. It took months! He now has custody of the children and they are happy and well-adjusted in their new home after 3 years. It has been a long time coming
That little boy shouldn’t be put through more. There’s no reason why CAS doesn’t release him, other than power and control. They always seem to be on the wrong foot, and never seem to act quickly enough for the children. Let’s pray that the Canadian lawyers beat the Children’s Aid Society because they love nothing better than to keep the little boy.
😮😮😮😮 Oh dear me. So so sad
Kingston a proud military and University community.
1:37 the what society?!?
🙏🙏🙏❤️
So where's the mom?
They said she's in jail, thankfully
And where was she before that when the children were home alone?
Where is the news in that? What happened? Half a story, complete waste of time.
CAS is broken... should have given the dad custody before this happened... now he lost a child and a kid lost their little sib. so sad and needless.
The dad was removed for violence, no one is blameless in this poor mess except the children.
There are a lot of BS violent accusations to keep the father away. That tactic is used a lot.
I know women that have zero custody in ontario. So... you're wrong.
@@dads1962not this time.
Why wasn’t the family involved before the young boy died. Now they are going to fight the father for the four year old. Why didn’t they get involved before one of them was dead?
Dad was a loser too
All these limited workers hired is ridiculous. All these steps for fathers to get the same rights as women is really disgusting and overbearing in this day and age. It’s time these judges hold women accountable for playing every trick in the book to keep men away fm their children as vengeance against them. Women start looking at these issues on both sides, this could be your son going thru these kinds of hateful, disturbing situations with women. Women teach your daughters that it’s not about them, it’s the child/children . So sad . Condolences to dad 😢❤️.
Family Court is tilted towards women so hard. The only way a father ends up with custody is the woman pushes the kids on him, or the woman has a mental health/drug addiction problem so severe she can't sit sober in court. If she can fake it for court, she'll get custody for sure, and that is how these events happen.
yeah, not because he was a POS with a no contact and long rap sheet. Sure. That's real not 'faked'.
These mothers now days I swear they need to make that all those that are going to be parnets need to take parneting classed.😮😮😮😮
How crappy was he if she got full custody. Wow poor babies
Following.
This trend of automatically affording full-custody to women is profoundly unfair. It's true that men can he more obviously violent bc of their physical strength, yet women are also very capable of abuse - including the sort of neglect seen here - which can clearly be just as dangerous.
Women are overwhelmingly believed when they complain of partner abuse - even when it's not true & there's zero evidence to support the claim. It's not infrequently the case that it's the woman's goal (sometimes strategy) to have the children's father pay to support them & their mutual children while they remain in the family home, with the man having limited (often supervised) contact. In any case, a very sad outcome for this broken little family.
The father is a dead beat too. He never met his youngest child.
He wasn't allowed. Did you even listen to the story?
So glad she is in police custody. Men please be careful and watch (as much as is possible) where you plant those precious seeds… 😢
Where was the father?
Usual suspects
Comment from the usual goofs😂
Played out and redundant comment that shows up on every single crime video, with every race. There's plenty of "usual suspects" in every race. If you watch news or engage in life in any way, you would know that much.
How old was baby and when did she leave them?
@@dgarnett4220 2 years old the oldest was 4
Interesting how heterosexuals get a free pass on parenting while homosexuals are put through the wringer and even then harassed. Turns out you just need well adjusted mature humans to help a child navigate life.
Hopefully Dad gets full custody of his remaining child. Heart breaking case.
How do you know he is fit? might be or might not.
@@linebrunelle1004sounds like he wouldve been a better choice.
@@dads1962 rap sheet and harassment, great material for parenting. Relative should get the kids.
Life in jail for the mother 👩
