Finally someone has and described the electronic pedal assist! I'm wanting a Sur Ron with this now.

I think someone mentioned that its a secret button u could push on the surron to stop the pedals from moving....you might need a head camera thimg to free yiur hands from holding the camera orva tripod thanks for the video...,,,
Dope video! I think it would work nicely for slower pace riding in ep mode since you can really coast. Just pedal let go coast and repeat. I just moved to prob one of the worst places for a surron 😅 but I ride with my dad almost daily and we go on sidewalks often tho so I think this is perfect.
Wonder how it’d feel/work with the small chain to the pedal kit removed so you wouldn’t have as much resistance starting from a stop.
Have you had any issue with your belt since removing the belt guard
No issues. I can put it back on now that I’m running the electronic PAS exclusively, but there’s no need to here. It barely rains, and dust isn’t a problem.
Does it affect range ? They just came ,cant wait to install it
No. It simply bypasses the throttle when it's turned on.

It’s not the factory headlamp. I got pair of LED lights on Amazon, and I ended up only using one.

Yes it does. I installed it on my x160. Works great.
So the electric add on is just a different throttle controller ? What's the purpose of this ?
It’s a pedal assist system (PAS) that wires up between the throttle and controller. It has its own controller to regulate the voltage signal based on pedal cadence.

Hi... This kit is compatible with any controller or is only compatible with the stock controller
It should be compatible with any controller as the signal goes between the throttle and the controller. The pedal assist sensor basically sends a throttle signal to your controller instead of your actual hand throttle.
