- How to Diagnose issues on your Surron Light Bee. Remember that the following items can cause your bike to not work..
A) Your Kick stand is down
B) Your electric brake cut outs may be active
C) You may be trying to throttle when the startup self diagnostics is not complete
D) You may have water in one of your bikes electrical connection plugs
E) Your topple over sensor is active (bike is tipped on its side)

Mines built with the 72/42 and the bac4000. Out of the blue I got no throttle. Thought it was done for. Tried restarting 10 times ready to give up then all the sudden it's good to go. Not sure what I did.
Can u leave the light plugged in all the time?
My bac4000 is flashing 2 slow single ones then 6 in a row. I have all lights but no throttle. It's just dead. Hall sensor ?
Will the cable work if I cut the region brake and limiter cable
I have a issue with my Surron I installed a bac4000 on my x160 slowly it started to cut power when I would throttle it then no throttle would work , I swapped out the bac4000 and throttle it powers on but there’s no throttle response some please help
My diagnostic wire is just a soiled red light no blinking at on 3 diagnostic wires Sur Ron has never seen this I'm at a loss if you can point me in the right direction I would greatly greatly appreciate it

What id your diagnostic cable doesn't produce a flash at all.
I also lost visual on my screen.
And now my bike is super unreliable works every 10 to 30 resets.
I also get jolty speed (especially in economy mode) and the newest fault my sport mode sometimes will only reach 60kmh
I have the red light blinking 15 times. Apparently that means a short circuit from the throttle cable to the controller, do I just need a new throttle? Or is there a way I need to calibrate it

I would try turn your breaker switch off and let sit for a good 10sec then turn on again, see if that resets. Otherwise unplug the throttle wire plug, check theres no water in there and that the connection is firm. If all good then last thing would be to replace the throttle yes
I have a bike that’s blinking 17 times, says motor temp sensor failure in the chart you provided, any tips on how to fix or reset this? I can’t adjust my regen braking because it keeps throwing the code

Does this tell you if your battery is degrading mine has started using the battery really fast now with less miles and the flash said the bikes good so I'm not so sure. Is there a way to test them or get fixed I have 1200 miles on it still brand new 2023 light bee x
The battery dies a lot faster in the cold, but riding in the cold shouldn’t damage ur battery

thx for the troubleshooting tutorial... i got a 22 blink after cutting and thermo tubing my kickstand wire and i was wondering why i had no more throttle. i had to reopen it and make sure the wire wasnt in contact with each other and thermo tube them back and it solved my problem.
My surron blinks once slowly, and 4 times at a normal pace. What could be the problem? The throttle doesn’t work

I crashed mine other day was getting 45mph in sport mode out of it before crashed it after I got back on it it won’t go past 31mph on sport mode anyone help me out with whats happened
Exact Same is happening to me right now
I was riding normal, stopped at a red light and had no throttle when light turned green. Bike has 995 miles. Plugged in the diagnostic attachment and it doesn’t light up at all

remove the tip over sensor unless you alreasy did
I did a couple tests on the controller and it failed them so I replaced it. Fixed the issue and runs now. I put on an older used controller. Feels a little less torquey going up hill tho
What tests did u do on your controller?
The red light on mine just stays solid, doesn't blink at all and there is no throttle response. There is power to going to the bike because the dash turns on, light turns on and I can charge my phone but no throttle response. I've tried a brand new throttle as well but the same issue; anyone have any ideas?

@AmpdBrothers this has been my problem for awhile now i've pulled out brake sensors kickstand sensor and tilt over sensor.. went through all the relay connections to see if any water got in or pinched wires but literally nothing i can see haven't been wet for awhile honestly needs a wash haha but yeah surely you know the root issue??

It is brake related. More than likely your brakes are active. Try restarting your bike

I believe it's saying all is good. But that doesn't mean the bike works every time.

My surron worked fine and did amazing for awhile..but now its stuck maxing out at 15MPH... is it my controller? my belt? i dont understand what the hell happened..yes green is cut ..

Please help I have a 2023 Surron I used the diagnostic togal and it flashes slow ever 2 seconds I have deleted the break sensors kickstand sensor and tip over sensor the bike starts and runs but if you jump off a curb or accelerate fast it cuts all throttle response bike stays on but you have to turn the key off and back on to get it to start running agin I can’t figure out the problem any help please

@@SethNGB bad throttle sometimes they go bad out of no where bout a new Surron throttle and it works perfect 👍🏼👍🏼

More than likely your controller has failed if you have also lost drive. check all your plugs too

It is brake related. More than likely your brakes are active. Try rebooting your bike with your master air switch
