    Happy Friday! Congratulations on your progress, Justin. You seem to be in better spirits. The first few days of a detox are rough. I joined a health workshop last night where the focus was on diet, exercise, and mindset. I’m going to create a wellness plan this weekend.🤞🏽I can follow it. My diet is terrible & I’ve just been donating money to the gym because I haven’t been since July.

    If you don't already, you'll probably start remembering your dreams much more clearly. I found that to be an unexpected positive side effect

      Man. Earlier this year I quit and was having vivid nightmares for awhile. Took like a month for the dreams to become normal again. I'd be glad for good dreams though. I appreciate your support in this my friend.

    Yeah, when I finally made the decision to quit smoking, it was surprisingly easy for me! And I smoked 2+ packs a day for 20+ years!

      @@MovieJustin Nothing specific except minding my Mental/Emotional health and try to be better at establishing boundaries with folks

    How are you spending your time to distract yourself?

      This first week I've been feeling pretty fatigued in the evenings, when I get home I take a hot shower and get ready for bed. I've been watching some lofi video game reactors do video game walk throughs and it has helped me to relax and get through the evenings. Check out Gab Smolders channel on TH-cam, she was my gateway to this stuff. I've also been filming more and trying new approaches to my content.

      @@MovieJustin all sounds good. I watch video game play thrus to relax as well. It’s calming. Being creative always makes me feel better
