No my definition of incel is the most accurate and backed by data. First, let's look at my definition of incel. Incel: A single male that is not in a long-term loving relationship with a partner that THEY find attractive. They may or may not have kids. These men are likely to be excess men of low social and financial standing. But due to our Darwinian high pressure, society...."more above average men" are finding themselves locked out of having a long-term loving relationship. This is what will cause society to destabilise and fall in quality and safety. Indeed, we are seeing it NOW already. And these men will either check out or become destructive. Both are not good news for society in terms of economic, social, and security reasons. Remember, the media and even others are not correct about what an incel is. It's not about just getting "3ex"......its realising that you have been unable to find a long-term loving, mutually validating relationship with a partner that YOU find attractive. My question to the world is this..... If a man IS IN a long-term loving relationship with a partner that THEY find attractive and they have kids. And that man is close to his parents and relatives and family, kids and friends. If he does a job that may not earn him all the money in the world. I'm doing the same thing. I have a side gig that's a hobby that I enjoy which also earns extra money. I think focusing on oneself and developing oneself is the best thing to do so I'm working out, taking care of my health, and trying to learn new things. I don't like faking confidence and acting like someone I'm not for others. It's very draining and doesn't last. I hope to find and develop my own personal strengths and develop confidence that comes naturally. And I hope good relationships will follow naturally as well.

I'm in my 40s and now i'm focused on my work and health. Maybe i'll start dating in the future, but only 'playing the field' while single: exclusive relationships, marriages etc are too demanding for me, i need my peace of mind, freedom and want a low stress life. Maybe i'll change idea in older age, but for now that's it. For dating, as a tip, invest lowest amount of time and vet the person asap. If you use dating apps, always ask videocall first, and make first meetings short, then, if things go well, slowly build from there. There are too many toxic, mentally ill people, vampires, liars etc... you have to get rid of those snakes asap and never let them drain your energy. Think of Dating like you have to select one or few candidates for a crucial role in your company, then build an effective selection process. Your time and energies are limited, i've already wasted mine too much in the past.

I hear and feel you on all of your points. It's a cliche amongst our male peers but get to the gym or get a trainer, focus on yourself, and/or learn a new skill that you never thought you would entertain. Ignore the desire to have a significant other and level up yourself. Most men idealize finding that woman that makes the two of you whole or complete however that is smoke and mirrors. With a woman, you bring not only the potential positives but the potential negatives. When you move through your life with confidence and a purpose and are perfectly fine in your own personal existence, either the right woman will find you or they won't and you still have your personal path to self-fulfillment. Be content with who you are, who you have been and who you want to be. I have been in a relationship closing in on two decades but I also spent a few decades single and honestly both have their challenges that become easier once you realize that you are the only variable you can control and to focus on improving, evolving or becoming relaxed and content with who you are.
