I returned from Canada after doing my masters and working in investment banking for 5 years. I was paying more than half of my salary in taxes to support an unsustainable welfare state. It's been 8 years since I returned. While my salary in India is only slightly lower than my colleagues in Canada my expenses are much lower allowing me to build a much larger asset base here.
Boss u end up paying less tax in canada than in india if one looks at the pyments made to security, health insurance and other stuff. Ppl dont understand that aspect. Here u can never go bankrupt due to medical emergency and u get good care. This is not possible in india.

At young age, you don't need any medical facility but as you get older, one needs medical facility which is far better in India than any other country. Been in Aus for 10 yrs now. No doubt that quality of life is better especiallyin terms of road sense, cleanliness and env but thats largeley because of their population to resources ratio and the relevance of cleanliness taught right at schools. However post covid things have changed. Given the current inflation in Aus, the cost of living has tremendously grown. On the other hand, the middle class in India has emerged stronger than the middle class in as in terms of their spending ability. India has far more digitalization than Aus and lot of our jobs are bring outsourved there that i cam tell from my own experience.
सरजी आपने 100% बात कहीं। मैं अपना experience बताना चाहता हुं। सरजी पहली बार मैं 2005 में कैनेडा गया। मुझे 40 दिन का विजा मिला, 40 दिन की कम्पनी से छुट्टी ली बहां रहा। बापिस आया तो लोगों ने मेरा experience पुछा तो मैंने कहा "बाकी तो बहां सब ठीक है परन्तु जिसे यहां रोटी मिलती है उसे बहां बसने के लिए नहीं जाना चाहिए "। लोगों ने तर्क दिया "लोग तो घर बार बेचकर जाते हैं"। मेरी समझ में नहीं आता अपना घर बार बेचकर बहां क्यों जाते हैं। दुसरी बार सरजी मैं 2009 में 6 महीने बहां रहा। मुझे तो अपनी पहली opinion ही ठीक लगी। एक बात सरजी और कहुंगा आप कमियां बताने में कंजूसी कर गए। जिनमें hostile weather conditions और सर्विस uncertainty इत्यादि। अंत में सरजी यही कहुंगा कैनेडा में अच्छाईयां भी हैं और मुश्किलें भी कम नहीं। धन्यवाद। जय हिंद जय भारत।

This is the mindset develop towards our nation. There are several state of India which is far better than other country. but it's depended how many state you have visited. Best part is that India don't allow dual citizenship so whoever want to leave he has to surrender the Indian passport. I recommend working in UAE 🇦🇪 it’s near to India and commuting to India is just 3 hours and very affordable travel. Income is tax free and economy is amazing.

My friend is in Canada he struggled for 6-8 months now he earning good better than what avg PG person will get/earn in cities in India that you’ve mentioned I’m from Navi mumbai rent is here for 1bhk is above 15k and on that bills which is aprox 20k basic ! And you get only 15-18k starting salary! Bro from that money you can’t even pay your house rent here ! And my friend lives in calgary he pays 1000$ for one bedroom apt ! (Which is way better than what we get here ) and he works for 5hours a day for 25$ /hour he earns almost $3000/ month (2,50.000) and they are two friends living together his monthly soentis about 1400$ / month including everything still he saves more than half of his money Which is next to impossible for an avg person who works for 20k starting salary so wake up And accept the reality that in India we are not getting what we actually deserve and on that we work for 9-11 hours a day in corporate sec and if you don’t you’ll never get any appraisal and no appraisal means no promotion in your carrier And these people who all are making videos that dont come to canada /uk /aus ask them why don’t they come back to India 🇮🇳 ?

Intially i was not realizing it bt it just dawned on me that how important is sunlight for your body and also for your mental health especially in winters......yahan pe sirf 3 mahine hi suraj rehta hai..june july and August .... september se leke may mid tak.rarely you will get a glimpse of sunlight... I mean you wake-up every morming nd its always dark and gloomy outside from September end till april end....you dpnt feel like doing anything...especially in winter's you wake up at 9 o'clock and 4 oclock its dark.....you have no idea how much it effects your mental health...people get depressed mentally and also gets deficit of vitamin d...also government have legalized Marijuana and saying oh it will make your mind feel happy and you will not get stressed anymore...i mean how come...government is killing you softly..they dont want you to think higher..they want you to leave behind....i realized most of the people suffer from knee pain..joint pain bcoz they dont get enough sunlight .... I read somewhere that most of the suicide case happens inthe month of January bcoz this is the month when people get more depressed....i must say comparatively to canada india is the best place to stay ....you will get sunlight whole year... also in Toronto there is no such social life as india ...so much taxes by the government...houses are getting expensive.....all you r doing is just work , come home. Sleep and go back to work again...you work 12 crazy hours here and your 7 hrs work salary goes staright to the government as taxes...and on top of that car insurance...home insurance ..morgatege payments...phone plans ...property tax..gas bill...water bills...hot tank bills...electricity bills and so much more ...ye sab bulls bharne ke liye ek single person ko double job karni pad rahi hai bocz of which he gets sick mentally and physically... Also the health care sytem is the worst here..if you r sick and call for an appointment they will appoint u after 6 month's.... Doctors have become more corrupt nowadays..... The medical treatment and facility is much better now in India. You can go to any specialist on one or two days prior appointment. While it takes weeks or some times 3 to 4 months to get to see a specialist in western country. And majority of doctors in western countries are Indians. Over all today's India quality of life and ease of living is much better than earlier years when people use to migrate to Canada ,UK or USA.

One thing you missed about Canada is the weather. Further north you go, worst the winters become. Winnipeg is nicknamed "Winterpig" for a reason. When you have to wake up at 6 in the morning and your car won't start because it's -45 outside and you forgot to plug in the engine block heater, you wish you stayed in the somewhat "milder" part of Canada which is Vancouver or GTA ONLY. Calgary and Edmonton have the same problem, winters are extremely rough and lot of people actually move back to GTA because of this reason. Other than that you are spot on for everything else. For someone who has lived in Canada most of their life (25+ years), I've seen things go from bad to worst in terms of cost of living. I have a family income of nearly $170K and even we can't splurge.

Please answer those who are currently living in Canada. मैं साउथ कोरिया से बोल रहा हूं। मैं उत्तराखंड भारत से बिलॉन्ग करता हूं। मेरे 8 परिचित दोस्त जो की बिल्कुल अनपढ़ है कभी स्कूल के दरवाजे नहीं देखे हैं, उन्होंने चंडीगढ़ में एक एजेंसी में कनाडा वर्क परमिट अप्लाई किया था, और उनका 3 दिन में वर्क परमिट आ गया है। उन सब ने 50000 50000 एडवांस पेमेंट भी कर चुका है। और बाकी के 50000 कनाडा जाने के बाद देना पड़ेगा टोटल खर्चा 1 लाख। क्या सच में इतना आसान है कनाडा का वर्क परमिट?

They have been brainwashed that India is the best country coz they come from Tier 1 or 2 cities with their houses built by their parents. They would never realize that people who come abroad doesn’t always come for money and money or country’s GDP is never the indicator of happiness, but they say India’s GDP is growing but per capita income isn’t growing much. India has pollution, population, sanitation issues, corruption, communal disputes and much more. Life expectancy isn’t that much. More than 60% of people living in India earn $3 a day. India is always the option, but its not bad to move abroad and explore life. The worst that can happen to someone is that he fails, and return back to India, but atleast there will be no regret that he hasn’t tried for a few years.
In starting he says u can survive 2000-2500 CAD income per month, next he mentions 400 CAD for insurance & 600 CAD for car EMI, in the remaining 1000-1500 CAD one has to pay rent, water bill, health insurance, electricity and gas, food, petrol etc... And all these are very high in Canada

If this man was able to get this level of understanding in just a few weeks then that means he is really very intelligent and has a bright future. I returned from Canada after doing my masters and working in investment banking for 5 years. I was paying more than half of my salary in taxes to support an unsustainable welfare state. It's been 8 years since I returned. While my salary in India is only slightly lower than my colleagues in Canada my expenses are much lower allowing me to build a much larger asset base here.

Been in Aus for 10 yrs now. No doubt that quality of life is better especiallyin terms of road sense, cleanliness and env but thats largeley because of their population to resources ratio and the relevance of cleanliness taught right at schools. However post covid things have changed. Given the current inflation in Aus, the cost of living has tremendously grown. On the other hand, the middle class in India has emerged stronger than the middle class in as in terms of their spending ability. India has far more digitalization than Aus and lot of our jobs are bring outsourved there that i cam tell from my own experience.

सरजी आपने 100% बात कहीं। मैं अपना experience बताना चाहता हुं। सरजी पहली बार मैं 2005 में कैनेडा गया। मुझे 40 दिन का विजा मिला, 40 दिन की कम्पनी से छुट्टी ली बहां रहा। बापिस आया तो लोगों ने मेरा experience पुछा तो मैंने कहा "बाकी तो बहां सब ठीक है परन्तु जिसे यहां रोटी मिलती है उसे बहां बसने के लिए नहीं जाना चाहिए "। लोगों ने तर्क दिया "लोग तो घर बार बेचकर जाते हैं"। मेरी समझ में नहीं आता अपना घर बार बेचकर बहां क्यों जाते हैं।
दुसरी बार सरजी मैं 2009 में 6 महीने बहां रहा। मुझे तो अपनी पहली opinion ही ठीक लगी।
एक बात सरजी और कहुंगा आप कमियां बताने में कंजूसी कर गए। जिनमें hostile weather conditions और सर्विस uncertainty इत्यादि।
अंत में सरजी यही कहुंगा कैनेडा में अच्छाईयां भी हैं और मुश्किलें भी कम नहीं।

This is the mindset develop towards our nation. There are several state of India which is far better than other country. but it's depended how many state you have visited. My friend is in Canada he struggled for 6-8 months now he earning good better than what avg PG person will get/earn in cities in India that you’ve mentioned I’m from Navi mumbai rent is here for 1bhk is above 15k and on that bills which is aprox 20k basic ! And you get only 15-18k starting salary! Bro from that money you can’t even pay your house rent here ! And my friend lives in calgary he pays 1000$ for one bedroom apt ! (Which is way better than what we get here ) and he works for 5hours a day for 25$ /hour he earns almost $3000/ month (2,50.000) and they are two friends living together his monthly soentis about 1400$ / month including everything still he saves more than half of his money

Intially i was not realizing it bt it just dawned on me that how important is sunlight for your body and also for your mental health especially in winters......yahan pe sirf 3 mahine hi suraj rehta hai..june july and August .... september se leke may mid tak.rarely you will get a glimpse of sunlight...
I mean you wake-up every morming nd its always dark and gloomy outside from September end till april end....you dpnt feel like doing anything...especially in winter's you wake up at 9 o'clock and 4 oclock its dark.....you have no idea how much it effects your mental health...people get depressed mentally and also gets deficit of vitamin d...also government have legalized Marijuana and saying oh it will make your mind feel happy and you will not get stressed anymore...i mean how come...government is killing you softly..they dont want you to think higher..they want you to leave behind....i realized most of the people suffer from knee pain..joint pain bcoz they dont get enough sunlight ....
I read somewhere that most of the suicide case happens inthe month of January bcoz this is the month when people get more depressed....i must say comparatively to canada india is the best place to stay ....you will get sunlight whole year... also in Toronto there is no such social life as india ...so much taxes by the government...houses are getting expensive.....all you r doing is just work , come home. Sleep and go back to work again...you work 12 crazy hours here and your 7 hrs work salary goes staright to the government as taxes...and on top of that car insurance...home insurance ..morgatege payments...phone plans ...property tax..gas bill...water bills...hot tank bills...electricity bills and so much more ...ye sab bulls bharne ke liye ek single person ko double job karni pad rahi hai bocz of which he gets sick mentally and physically...

The medical treatment and facility is much better now in India. You can go to any specialist on one or two days prior appointment. While it takes weeks or some times 3 to 4 months to get to see a specialist in western country. And majority of doctors in western countries are Indians. Over all today's India quality of life and ease of living is much better than earlier years when people use to migrate to Canada ,UK or USA.

One thing you missed about Canada is the weather. Further north you go, worst the winters become. Winnipeg is nicknamed "Winterpig" for a reason. When you have to wake up at 6 in the morning and your car won't start because it's -45 outside and you forgot to plug in the engine block heater, you wish you stayed in the somewhat "milder" part of Canada which is Vancouver or GTA ONLY. Calgary and Edmonton have the same problem, winters are extremely rough and lot of people actually move back to GTA because of this reason. Other than that you are spot on for everything else. For someone who has lived in Canada most of their life (25+ years), I've seen things go from bad to worst in terms of cost of living. I have a family income of nearly $170K and even we can't splurge.
Spot on ? I lived 6 miles from Surrey BC for 38 years. It is a hell hole populated by Khalistanis and Sikh gangsters . Drive by shootings and murders every week . Desecration of Hindu temples a norm. These Sardarjis are only Canadians in name . Stop a 40 year from the m and he wouldn't know 2 words of O Canada.

मेरे 8 परिचित दोस्त जो की बिल्कुल अनपढ़ है कभी स्कूल के दरवाजे नहीं देखे हैं, उन्होंने चंडीगढ़ में एक एजेंसी में कनाडा वर्क परमिट अप्लाई किया था, और उनका 3 दिन में वर्क परमिट आ गया है। उन सब ने 50000 50000 एडवांस पेमेंट भी कर चुका है। और बाकी के 50000 कनाडा जाने के बाद देना पड़ेगा टोटल खर्चा 1 लाख।
क्या सच में इतना आसान है कनाडा का वर्क परमिट?

Aab socho mahine ke 3500/- dollar kamne per 30 / 35 % tax cut hota hai tau haath mai paisa aata around 2550/- per month usme kya khayega, kya rent bharega, kya dusre traveling, mobile, aur miscellaneous exp nikalega. Aur saving kya karega.

Noida mae 1 crore sae kam mae koi 3 bhk nahi aayega. It's a biggest myth that houses are affordable in India. Minimum salary in Canada is 2lakhs per month while that is the income of an IIM graduate in India. No one with a salary less than 2 lakh can afford to build a decent size flat in Delhi NCR. Also the quality of flat that you get in India can never be compared by the size of house you get with a backyard, driveway and a garage in canada.
Civic is no less than 25 lakhs in India and cars are unaffordable in India. Cars are cheaper in USA/Canada/Australia.
