Good luck. Please be happy in Punjab. Theses old women should stay in India. Retired old parents are the biggest burden on Canadian Tax Payer. Canadian government is stupid to allow these people, who are free loaders and never worked a single day in Canada. Most of the retired old people from India are milking pension from India and get old age security by lying on Canadian Applications, which is a criminal offence.

Old Parents Are Not Burden On Anyone. It Is Our Responsibility To Look After Them, They Have Taken So Much Care To Grow Us, From Child To Mature. Now It's Our Turn To Return Them The Love, Respect And Care Which They Give Us While We Was Growing. I Also Can Go To Canada Easily, And Earn Money But I Chose My Parents. Because We Can Earn Money Later Also But If We Miss Our Parents We Will Never Get Them Back In Any Cost. So Take Care Of Your Old Parents, And Give Them Every Happiness Of The World. I Feel That I'm Lucky Than My Brother And Sister. They Are Running And Missing From Their Responsibilities But I Will Never Do That Till My Last Breath. I Also Have 2Kids And If I Don't Care About My Parents. My Kids Will Treat Me Also In That Same Way. So Don't Run From Your Responsibilities. We Should Just Look After To Our Old Parents And Try To Make Them Feel That They Are The Best Parents In The World.
No Limits: if grandparents are very serious to come to Canada,they can come for 10 ten years at at a time. No bar, but they will have their own medical insurance and not eligible for social assistance from the Canadian Tex Payer. After 10 years, they can get another Super Visa for ten years. No body is stopping them to stay with their children and grandchildren.

In my opinion its team work. If in laws are treating the girl right and girl misbehaves then its not right either. I have seen these cases where girl misbehaves intentionally to bitch about her inlaws to her husband to make his parents look bad. Then slowly she creates this much poison and toxicity in the house that she wants to seperate. So we need to assess both sides.. Not always in laws are wrong.

Many of the women who come from pakistan and India to Canada and US , their family want their family to get settled in western countries. Unfortunately , indian and Pakistani parents investigate more when they have to buy a car and houses than finding a husband for a girl. Also, desi parents think that women who are educated here , they are not very traditional and very independent. So they go back to India and pakistan to get married. If the women are educated and have confidence she will survive in any country. But the ones who have very little education, if they come to joint family system this put the new couple in difficult situation. Also pakistan and hindustan culture is very similar , women mostly care givers for children and inlaws , There is one generation where women never worked. And men were put on very high esteem. No matter what men do , they were never said anything. If the men will marry a western women , the same inlaws will respect them and give her space. But if they come from india and pakistan, their expectation changes . If these women were intelligent they will use each other as support system. Men and women should always think about their retirement plans . In India and pakistan one can find maids easily for every day.
