    I have lived in UK and had similar experiences. But once you spend 4 summers and 4 winters you get some sense of life abroad. But you 100% right about medical services it's horrible in western countries but in India if you have a little money you can access everything.

      @@investigatorshivam6018, that may be correct depending on which part of the country one may be living in. When you say Gareeb, there are homeless people in Canada that live beside roads too and are not interested in working, that's what they choose to live like. All true , If someone is well settled in India and want to move to Canada think twice.
    If you are getting to Canada via your Job then it's okay but if you are starting from scratch in Canada and if you were well settled in India think thrice.
    Medical System will hang you off, in India considering you were well settled you are used to Maids, easy access to doctors and medical care at any time , cheap air tickets , cheap restaurant bills etc etc it's a luxury life period.

    This gentleman is right. If you are rich enough in Indai, no need to come to Canada or even USA. Cold is one thing that may be you can get used to with it but main important is about health coverage which are very poor and available only by waiting long time and by the time you get health treatment, your disease wil get worst. and then will be too late to get trreatment. Health coverage is free but has long waiting period for any diagnostic checking and than treatment. It is like what you pay, that's what you gett

    With Waheguru's blessings, im happily settled in Bangalore. My family is in my hometown in Jammu which is quite accessible. Apart from traffic, everything here is great.
    I want to tell 1 thing. Plz dont fall for this Canada/Australia trap without thinking thoroughly. In Punjab, many IELTS and other immigration consulting centers are run by politicians and MLAs. So an ecosystem has been created to send children abroad and these politicians earn a lot of money. Even fake recommendation and asylum letters are issued, especially to Sikh youth. A lot of these children are then targeted and lured by Leftist and Anti India political parties for their political benefit, and it becomes difficult to escape them once you are a part of them. Canada recently decided to send some of these children back with fake documents and letters. Many of these young folks who do get there, have limited skills and no vision and end up doing odd jobs owing to which they remain unhappy...
    There are plenty of opportunities in India. I was earlier in infosys Chandigarh, then Gurgaon and now Bangalore.
    NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai etc have opportunities for finance, consulting, technology, healthcare etc..
    If all goes well and my parents are able to relocate here, ill also setup a small eatery here.....

      Over the period, blue color jobs will be handled by machines/Artificial intelligence. Setting up a business in India is a wise decision than working as a labour in any foreign country. India is not like before, many start ups, huge investments coming up. End of the day, how much we make and how much we can spend matters not a beautiful place where living is a struggle.

    • @rajshenoy8506
      @rajshenoy8506 11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      You are partially right. The number of immigrants coming here since 2006 - changes in policies, have brought the pay scales down for jobs in IT industry. Also, with a combined income of $150K one cannot aspire to buy a home in major metropolises. One does not get IT jobs in boon docks, these are there only in major metropolises !! Hence the immigrants end up renting at exorbitant rates. There is a whole ecosystem of realtor + financiers + under writers + brokers that fudge papers, income documents, T4s etc to boost incomes so that these families can buy a home with a mortgage. Once they buy that 3 or 4 BR 2 car driveway home, they are hooked into the debt trap that everyone struggles to come out of. For the next 30 odd years one will be saddled with this debt.
      Long story short, with or without skills, In Bharat/India, one can survive even with a bare minimum wage and manage to eat 2 meals a day as long as they have their ancestral home or in a joint family. This is not possible in Canada.

As we move little away from central part , we need to walk alot. On an average I walked everyday 25km because taxi fare was almost Rs.5k. And priority is we are in other country to earn not to spend money in taxis. so people who can't walk much and travel in crowded buses think twice before relocating to other country

      @@stephenwilson4931 Yes village life is also quality life and it has all modern facilities too. But the kind of ecosystem made now city / village life is not much different. Cost of living has gone up, high inflation, employment opportunities not positive, housing living crises, economy focus on international students and immigration, store closures and business activity slowing down, taxing too much and Canada’ standard of living overall index rating gone down. It does not matter whether you live in village or city. 12 years back Canada was more stable and different in all aspects, yes pandemic changed a lot but before that it was being turned in to pig sty. Also now we have news restrictions on social media so more stringent and controlled eco system.
