I was surprised by the tips you applied while printing tires with TPU. An understanding of the material and proper customization of the snapmaker. What is the temperature of the filament, bed and nozzle used in BMW production?
210 nozzle and 60 bed, but i think it is better to print little more than 210 when printing pla+ filament

Thank you. I have made this model in Houdini long time ago but it wasn't for printing purpose, so i had to re-make many details cause it had no thickness for printing. I would suggest fusion 360 for modeling

what is the wheelbase of this thing? Will it fit a 257 mm x 190 or 200mm chassis?
Im asking because the real car has a wheelbase of 2730 mm and if you kept the dimensions untouched i can make it work with a hobby grade rc :D
wheelbase is 270~271 mm

oh cool, I think I still got the official cad models of a upcoming car in catia, I might try that out aswell
If it's real car cad model than it won't print properly, cause body wall thickness is not enough for 3d printing
i know, it wouldn't be possible to directly turn it into a stl because most parts are generative shape design parts and I don't want to print the entire interior of the door, inculding wires, gears and any of the other stuff 😂, I'd need to edit it a bit for sure @@MrGoodcat1
Can you show us settings of slicer before 3d printing
You should have printed it in more sections. Like at least the front and rear bumper. Would have saved a lot of filament on support material.

1/64 is too small and lots of parts won't be a printable

Haven't tried such big model, but anyway you should split into small parts and won't be a problem printing it

I've been trying on and off for over a year to make a printable e39 540i msport. I managed to use an e39 file to print a ridiculously thick walled skewed body. No matter what I tried I couldn't get it scale or even usable.

For a snapmaker the print quality is awful - a tuned ender 3 could it done better - 😂
This was my first 3d printed car, so slicer needs a tweaking
Print quality seems to be poor. Something wrong with extrusion calibration or, maybe, filament itself. Layers should looks even.
That was my first rc print and it had a lots of defects. slicing parameters wasn't set properly
