    Hey Ben,
    To prevent corrosion on the battery terminal you can apply a small amount Dielectric Grease on and around the terminals, it will stop corrosion happening as well as prevent any kind of electrical mold. (You know that green stuff you see around the battery connetors) You can use the grease on many car electrical application not only for car battery. So is a good little addition to your tool box.
    Love the content keep it up.

    Subbed when you guys had around 1k subscribers around a month or two ago. I think the Veloster N DCT is really helping your guys channel blow up just because the car is so new and everyone is interested to learn about it. Can't wait to see some performance mods be added to it to see how quick that thing can really be. Great content guys keep it up!!!

    Ben, are you and Nate the “two engineering friends” that started Sxth Element, or was that Nate and someone else and you’re a friend and film/edit for Sxth? I’ve heard you do narrations for Sxth’s vids.

    Waiting on my Black Veloster N dct to come in. Unfortunately I live in Cali so modding will be difficult without Carb legal parts which there really isn't for this car. 😢

    After I get my Veloster, I'm gonna wrap alcantara on everything I touch, not just the parts that I can buy from Kim, because I really hate the hard plastic doors. It's not that hard honestly, it's like wrapping the interior with vinyl. But you gotta put the glue yourself lol

    I own a 2017 Focus ST and my negative terminal was so corroded it almost didn't come off when I changed out the battery. About a week before the battery failed my window wipers would just turn on and continue operating until i pulled the fuse

  • @Daveyboy_RS3
    @Daveyboy_RS3 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    I'm concerned about buying a 2021, as I feel the mid-cycle refresh will include a lot of the alcantara that the Elantra N has and some other additions like that sick bright red NGS button etc. But since the DCT model is brand new and has a lot of new features, it actually might be a couple years before we see any additions like that. Oh well FK IT, at that price, they put the money where it counts. And after only driving it once, it made my mk7r feel sluggish in comparison. For real

    Love the content, currently drive a 13 veloster, dreaming of when I can get a new N, but I'm not too sure if I can give up the manual, even though one is faster. Driving a stick is just too much fun, yaknow?
