just wanted to say thank you, been struggling with this carb after i had a leak and some choke issues i ordered a rebuild kit of ebay for 30 dollars and after installing it the bike was just wide open the whole time, the leak was fixed but i still had the choke issue so i ordered a brand new oem carb for 170 and the engine was still reving super high, but the choke was working good. watched this video and i realized that i was just putting in the throttle wrong. thanks😅
Great video and awesome carb rebuild kit. I had to use a dremel to grind a groove in my stock air screw so I could use a flat head screwdriver to take it out. I guess Honda doesn’t want anyone messing with the air mixture. These little bikes need more air and mine runs excellent now so thanks for the video and carb kit.
Thanks for the video man. I have an ‘04 CRF100F. After cleaning the carb as per your video, I have a problem. The idle will sometimes randomly bog down or up slightly when stopped. Any idea what may be causing that?
I have a 2007 CRF100F and carb needs some love. Watched your video and very helpful. I'm trying to find a rebuild kit however the only kit I've seen with the main jet is the one you are using. Went to the link in the description and said it was for a 2004-2005 - will your kit work with my 2007? Also my carb does not have the air screw jet, only a plug - have you seen that before. Thanks
Hi, glad our video was helpful. Yes the carb kit should work on the 07, as for the plug over the air screw don’t worry about it. That just means it’s factory set. Hope this helps you out.
Yeah use Brosso/ metal polish and a ear bud / q tip to clean the seat for your float valve and the sides of the float valve & check the rubber tip does not have a step. Worked for mine yesterday

You’re very welcome. Glad we could help. Check fuel for water, accelerator cable and make sure the air filter is clean. Hope this helps.
