The centrifugal clutch should slide right on. Makes me think something is wrong with your one way bearing. Hope this helps and thanks for watching.

@ hmm, I’ll have another look this evening. Had the engine down for a crank replacement (cam chain gear was gone), the centrifugal clutch was working well before pulled apart. I’ll have another look tonight and see if I can figure it out.

ok sounds good. Sounds like to me your one way bearing isn’t closing enough to get the clutch on. Let us know what you find out. Thanks

@crankitt825 I must’ve been tired last night, today it slid right together. lol. Now the issue I’m having after reinstalling the motor is the electronic shift won’t work. The angle sensor beside the shift motor when bolted on will make the 1st gear shift indicator flash 3 times and won’t allow the electronic shift to work. If you unbolt the sensor and twist the angle sensor a 1/16” counter clockwise the electronic shift works perfect. As soon as you clock the bolt holes to line up the indicator in the dash starts blinking. Any clue?

Sounds like to me the angle sensor is bad.

Hi, your not suppose to have diff fluid in the axle tube. If you do then your differential bearing and seals need to be replaced. The outer bearing on the axle tube is your wheel bearing and that seal keeps the dirt out of that bearing. Hope this helps you out. Thanks for watching.

Hi, if the gasket is in good shape without any tears it will be ok to reuse however if you don’t have one on hand and yours is damaged then your machine will half to set torn down until the replacement comes in. Thanks for watching. Glad we could help you out.

Hi, no mine wasn’t blowing out white smoke or burning oil. Yours sounds like it has a blown head gasket. Check your oil and see if it looks milky. Hope this helps you out.

Cross out the solenoid. This will send power to the starter directly from the battery bypassing the ignition system. If it has a hard time turning over by doing this then either the starter is bad or the battery. Hope this helps you out.

The impeller and seal is the pump. Thanks for watching.

The springs holds the pads tightly also they are designed to be against the adjuster to keep it from unloosing itself once you get it set. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching.
