    2to4 seconds se jada inhale hotahi nhi. Aur pata nhi gale se hawa nikal rhi h ya nhi. Bahot hard hai ye pranayama. Jaise aapne kaha practice ki jarurat hai, practice karunga. Dhanyawad vdo ke liye.

    Thanks so much for explaining so clearly however I Have been trying this since a week to me it’s very difficult. When I press my neck lightly it hurts and I can’t feel any friction also when I exhale it seems like normal only. Any advice on this will be helpful. Thanks

      प्राणायाम आपके दिमाग के लिए बहोत अच्छा है लेकिन शरीर का व्यायाम करना भी उतना ही जरुरी है।
      5-6 सूर्य नमस्कार , 10-15 minute प्राणायाम और मैडिटेशन आपके लिए काफी है
      30 मिनट निकालके आपको योग जरूर करना चाइये

      First of all talk to a doctor and find out why the shoulder is paining.
      For hairfall, do kapalbhati.
      It can be because of hormone imbalance.

      और यदि इससे ज्यादा भी रोक सकते हैं तो कोई उसका side effect तो नहीं होगा?? जैसे : एक से दो मिनट तक।

      @@YogaStationHindi its breathing technique in which you put your Toung on upper pallet and aplly just a little bit of force and then breath in that position.. they say it can change the shape of jaw andother part of skull

    So you have to breathe ujjayi Pranayam while doing jalandhar bandh ?
