Most mudra are supposed to do 45 minutes a day but I read this mudra only 5 to 10 minutes is enough.

Dr. Bhatnagar, it would be very much helpful if you kindly share any mudra or anything by which one can cure from gout, joint finger, knee pain etc. I am suffering from this difficulty since last 3 months, I am 67 years of old. Thank you.
TART CHERRIES, thawed, 1 cup morning, 1 cup night, flushes out uric acid in 30 days or less. Sugars and processed carbs cause uric acid. At one time I could barely walk and I thought I was a prime candidate for both hip and knee replacements. Namaste

Optimum time period for any mudra is minimum 45 minutes.😊

I would definitely like to know more about this, because I sciatica nerve pain.
I am a reiki master u can do this mudra for 15 minutes 3;times morning afternoon nd in the evening .total 45;minutes u may do .
When this mudra is done in some public places, some people get annoyed and hate it, saying it's the symbol of EDM music and sign of Evil devil's horn.

Mam, with kind respect , you have not mentioned for how long this mudra to be performed at one given time 🙏
10 - 15 Minutes is the ideal time or if you are in deep Meditation you may practice this mudra for 30 Minutes also.
