Bom trabalho.🌻

I have liked and subscribed to your channel. 🙂🥳😇
May I please ask you a question-> in the last method described by you, you ask us to keep the mouth closed…my question is, must we keep the mouth fully closed or partly closed? If I keep it fully closed, won’t the exhalation be hampered? I experienced some difficulty with the mouth fully closed actually

Thank you for the Video sir/madam. I have a doubt which is confusing me a lot. Could you please suggest me. My question is while performing Pranayama it is said that our stomach should rise up while inhaling and stomach should go down while exhaling. But in my case it is happening vice versa that is my stomach is going down while inhaling and my stomach is rising up while exhaling. Why its happening with me? Is it okay to continue breathing in the wrong manner and perform pranayama? Please suggest me as I am not able to perform any pranayama if I follow the correct breathing pattern. Please anyone here please help me out...

Sit relaxed first without being anxious about doing it right or not.now focus just on your breathing,u will observe ,if u are breathing normally and in relaxed way ,automatically ur stomach rises wile inhaling and contracts while exhaling.now u can easily feel the same while doing pranayam, provided ur body is totally relaxed as well as ur mind.i hope I have been able to solve ur problem a bit.

You can practice it 3-5 times a day. If you want better results then gradually make it a part of your life. As every body is different so noone can tell you how soon your body will adapt to it.

@@SiddhiYogaInter Namasthe, wht u said is true I think, bcoz Pathanjali defined asana as "sthiram sugam asanam" which means steady comfortable posture. While doing asana it must be kept steadily for a while. Suppose u r raising your leg in supine position, u must keep it still and steadily for a while in raising position. Afterwards u can slowly put it down. Raising nd put it down immediately does not constitute asana, I think. That's the difference between yogasana nd other excercises...and it's a big difference, I think. Also once U. G. Krishnamurti said yogasana should begin with shavasana first, not the last thing in yogasana practice.🙏
