Careful plagueis, sidious took your advice about every single person being a tool to advance himself to heart and made you a tool

Legends Plaguies: "It was on this world where I first became aware of my Force powers and dark impulses."
Canon Plaguies: "It was on this world where I learned: I REALLY liked spying on people from caves."

One of my favorite parts of the book, honorable mention to the first interaction between darth sidious and nute gunnray

Palpatine training was harsh but maul traing is next level.
Starved and left on a planet with assassin droids is something

Sidious learned everything though. Maul got crumbs compared to that.

I mean, sidious endured the same kind of suffering. He was left on an arctic planet for days with barely any clothes and no food and being taunted by plageuis. And there was a difference between the two. Sidious was trained as a potential successor as the dark lord of the sith, or atleast an equal. Maul was never ment to be anything more then an assasin and attackdog. Sidious was put thru hell in the beggining to see if he could make it, then he was flung into the political arena with his masters help. Maul was never made privy to his masters plans, and he wasnt sharp enough to understand why.

"I once said as much to my master when, in fact, i understood nothing." Chills

I'm sure Plagueis used the force to maintain his body temperature.

And the fact that two of his 3 hearts were under voluntary control. It was said in the first part of the book

I like how this is presented almost like a Faustian bargain. Being a sith means living an extraordinary life of power, wealth and pleasure, but it also guarentees you'll meet a bitter end at the hands of your apprentice.

Sith training is next level. Yoda was incorrect in stating that the path of the Dark Side was quicker and easier. To merely use it in an angry moment, sure. But to master it? Far beyond anything a Jedi could do.

Not necessarily. He was asked if the dark side was stronger. His answer was “not stronger… easier” on the foundation that emotion was much easier to draw from than tranquility, especially from a combative standpoint

@@revanreborn7626 Fair point. Even so, I do feel that the Dark Side is stronger. A Sith Apprentice is comparable to lesser Jedi masters and a Master can only be challenged by an elite Jedi Master.

Yoda is a fool and i’m glad he & his order were humbled and humiliated.
Sith spent 1000 yrs in hiding while the Jedi sat in their ivory tower. Then it was the other way around.

Facts man glad you caught onto that ✅
Non of those people truly had the Sith Code in their hearts they all turned to it because they had nothing left or just wanted to do something different but the DarkSide was never fully with them guys.
Anakin skywalker / Vader = Half hearted “sith”
Dooku = Half hearted / Business man / Politician “Sith”
The inquisitors = Dark Jedi in my eyes no way were they ever a “Sith” 🤣🤣🤣
