Plagueis' training of Sidious, with them visiting many planets and Plagueis' many amazing quotes, is one of my favorite aspects of Star Wars litterature.

I posted this on Morok's upload of the same part. I would like your thoughts: "It has been my head canon that Potentium was a derivative of Darth Gravid's attempts to merge the teachings of the Light and Dark into a single philosophy. Perhaps he utilized Revan's teachings as a baseline, being one that had walked both paths. Electric Judgement is an interesting case study, as on the surface it appears to be confirmation of Potentium's primary theory regarding intent. However,Plagueis sees it as something quite different from Force Lightning. In essence, they are same overarching technique, that being casting lightning from one's fingertips, of course the results are different, but still the concept is the same. Perhaps Plagueis was incorrect regarding the Intent Theory? There are deeper philosophical conversations to be had regarding Ashla and Bogan, that are perhaps too much for a comment to handle. But I will say this, before the time of Socrates and Plato, there was a philosophical concept known as Polemos(War, Conflict, Strife). Polemos was Being in Motion, a force that enabled the differentation of things to occur. Struggle and War were seen as creative and as essential parts of existence. In the Polemological civilization of the Vikings, anger and hatred were not viewed negatively and fury was a virtue. One can see parallels. Polemos is Bogan and Ashla is Platonic. Force lightning and Electric judgement are entirely different, lightning is literally generated by Dark Side energy and allows the victims to feel the hate and anger of the user, potentium had nothing to do with Gravid ,it was a heresy that was born from a misunderstanding of how the Force works, sith and jedi including Qui Gon called it a heresy
@@damaskholdings9140 It is only my head canon that Potentium was a derivative of Gravid's work. The Sith would certainly condemn Gravid as a heretic and the Jedi believed that Potentium was a Sith trick. It's possible, just not confirmed.

This book is a mirage of philosophy.
If they ever do a live action movie they need this voice actor for plagueis. Or jeremy iron
Removing this from canon was a big mistake
Plagueis's sith training appears to be superior to Jedi training. With training like that, it wasn't for nothing that he became so powerful.
Yes, while I don't agree with all of it, you're more in touch with nature and not sheltered in a temple.
Jedi training was too formalized while Banite Training was tuned to each student. This is why it is superior.
