- I don't think I could have run better than I did in this draft. From opening one of the best rares in Ghostly Dancers to some amazing topdecks that allowed us to steal victory from the jaws of defeat. This was a truly blessed run but will it be enough to get us to Rank 1?!?

I've got to admit, the tunnel surveyor getting Unable'd then having a bunch of auras on it was such a vorthos moment. She got turned into a doll but it didn't stop her going on a righteous rampage through the House!

I think if you have a few 4 and 5 drop enchantment creatures it’s actually pretty decent.
In those decks it’s basically a mana dork with 2 power. Totally playable card in those circumstances.
Game 2 was certainly worthy of a rank up. What a tense set of draws!

The 2nd mull to 5 opponent really broke the 'good game rule'. Says good game on turn 3 and then proceeds to play until lethal damage is dealt to them. Haha

I felt the frustration drawing all but 1 of ur lands I wanted u to win but part of me wanted to c that last land instead of that meat locker for a good laugh

I opened ghostly dancers into the white mythic in pack 2. I never drew either the entire draft and went 0-3. Somehow all 3 of my opponents had perfect oculus decks. This gave me ptsd lol.
I just went 1-3 in a draft where I first picked dancers and got a second one in pack 2. One game I lost was fair and square aggroed down, the others I drew 3 lands in one game and 13 on the other. I lost my will to live.

56:38 I can think of *one* reason: Unwilling Vessel counts *any* counters for its dying triggered effect, not just possession counters, so you'd get a bigger flier if they killed it. 😁
I definitely would have taken that zimone since you had taken a UG land. probably not correct but the card has felt very strong
I don't like splashing very much in non green-based decks. Zimone may be powerful enough to consider though but she's mostly really good since you can play her turn 3. She's obviously still fine turn 5 or 7.

At 2:26 I think the answer I'd probably take the glimmer, but I don't think it would be the right pick. Realistically you're either going UW or RW at that point, Ghostly is worth forcing for, and it's just so much better in UW and Stay Hidden is just a better card.

I drafted rakdos sacrifice in paper today at my lgs. I went 2-0, 0-2, 2-0. The deck I got sweeped by was a selesnya deck splashing blue. The deck had some nice synergies and tbf I got heavily mana screwed in game 1, then flooded like crazy in game two, but it wasn't like I couldn't cast any cards. Anyways the card I lost against all 3 times (we played a third round for fun) was sheltered by ghosts

Don't you just love when you don't see your bomb that you built the deck around? Bottom 15 cards game 1 and bottom 4 cards game 2. You drew a million cards over 7 games and I think saw it twice.

I know about the 'good game' etiquette, but that GW player probably said it out of frustration after matching against very high mythic, mulling to 5 and not finding 3rd land.
I can get so salty when I play commander with my friends and I draw nothing but lands the first couple of turns. If I was online and an algorithm did that to me? I would probably log off and throw the computer out the window... probably not even log off tbh. At least when I shuffled my own deck I can blame myself.

Absolutely disgusting mana flood first two games, imagine that in a normal deck without gazillion card draw effects.
In the first game, why not use Stay Hidden on the glimmer so it was destroyed with the other tapped creatures?
Why would I do that. I can make a 2/2 if I play it later
@@haumph That makes sense. I assumed using it as essentially a 2 mana kill spell would deny them a lot of value moving forward, since it was making their stuff cheaper. I guess I undervalue the benefit of having a 2/2 later.
