Where should i invest,i have already booked in Ace Terra,but seeing the location i am thinking to cancel it and invest in Palm Olympia.But i am confused as Ace delivers the project before time.What should i do?

@@whitehatrealty As i earlier told you about the investment in Hemisphere,i feel risky to invest in any project but Ace has been consistent w his delivery so i went with this.What all builders are bringing their project in sector 150 and also can you please make a video on the project The Hemisphere ,if possible:)as i requested earlier.Thankyou.
If you want to invest in the project of Ace then you can go ahead with their upcoming project in sector 10 Noida extension. Almost similar price with better location & faster returns. Eldeco la vida is also a good option. Their projects in sector 150 is also a great option. Similarly if you want to invest in near to Yamuna expressway than you can consider Purvanchal royal city which is a ready to move project at a similar BSP & great amenities. You can live also & can rent it out easily.
It’s all very risky investing in under construction buildings even now especially in Noida, sometimes you will find builder is at fault and sometime even the authorities. Just don’t invest in the city, at-least under construction buildings

Is surekhsa group good builder or not? is it still good option to buy home in jaypee?
We are not very familiar with the developer, as they have not completed any projects in Delhi & NCR.
From all this it’s clear that Builder authority and netas are the culprit but …. Nothing is going to happen to them ….. only buyers are at loss
