Central 50, M3M line, Dasnac, Ikea, Street 76 malls all are with in 2 KMs range and have construction in full swing and will be operational in next 2-3 years. Well stablished market around the society. * Parks: Big parks like Meghdootam, Ved Van, Sector 76 park, etc within 1.5 km range. Many upcoming parks and recreational are upcoming. * Connectivity: Two metro stations within 500 mtrs. Cabs, autos available 24X7. Within society - * Mivan construction * Podium design for elevated look and safety. * Large club house, swimming pool, outdoor activities. * Only big size flats with wide balconies and 3 lifts between 4 flats per floor. This provides some indications of the gentry.

You forgot to mention few negatives: Electric Transmission sub-station close to the project, foul and dirty Hindon flowing nearby which may be a health-hazard and cause issues to copper-coiled devices like AC etc.

I stay in Noida 72 and trust me road leading to home from any directions are choked during evening. I am already worried about major development like M3M, Dasnac, ithum and 1 mall opposite to sec.52 metro. How are we going to address traffic is not clear to me? I have seen what happened in Ikea store- Hyderabad and i am genuinely worried how people around here are going to live with a bottle neck traffic jam.
