    The RERA number of this Attalika project is UPRERAPRJ149247. A simple check from UP Rera website will show that this project has got approval till for 12 floors for all the three towers A, B and C and the builder is selling till 30 floors. This crucial point was completely missed. Did not expect this from WhiteHat realty since I thought they actually cared for their viewers. But they are no different from the routine brokers. This project and esp. this video should be an alert for all the genuine buyers out there.

    How absolutely useless is this content! I can bet that nobody from their team has even visited this project site. The photos and drone shots are used are from last year. I visited this property a week back and this looks pathetic. No entry/exit is manned. Anyone can enter and exit at their free will. No greenery, no club house. It just looks like a government community center. That’s all.

      We sincerely hope this project turns out to be better than their previous ones, especially since it’s being built from scratch and without the funding issues that plagued earlier developments. NBCC has been delivering some commendable projects in Noida and Noida Extension for the prices they are being traded at. Even Golf Homes isn’t a bad project considering the price it was initially sold for. However, buying Golf Homes at prices above ₹6,000 per square foot doesn’t make much sense. Our team has visited the project multiple times, and we have a deep understanding of the real estate market. If you don’t appreciate the effort and insights we bring to our reviews, we’d kindly ask you to refrain from commenting negatively. Constructive dialogue is always welcome, but baseless criticism serves no purpose.

Rest nbcc construction has improved considerably after Mivan technology use … pls see the quality of crystal homes towers with mivan construction. aThe initial booking was at Rs 2900 psf and now sold at 10k to 11k psf

      The quality issue was there in multiple Gurgaon properties including highly premium ones like Chintels / Experion and M3m because of water mafia supplying chlorine swimming pool water to construction sites which resulted in corrosion of concrete and saria . However mivan construction has precast blocks so no such quality issue can arise in new properties… nowadays nbcc gives construction contract to gaur / tata etc so just chill …..

    Good video, but telling you now , 0:15 - Gaur Island project will take at least 3-4 years from today to deliver if everything goes well. It usually takes 5-6 years (at best) from day of launch for a high-rise project to get fully delivered. Also, m3m cullinan jaisa dikh raha hai waisa agar ban gaya then it will be the highlight of Noida! The renders look breathtaking!!

    What a tatti video. This project has the worst landscaping ever. Forget ‘next’ level, there is no current level here. So many stock images you have used. If the club is ready, show the actual f***ing real club, na? Sab random images dikha rakhi hai.. and improve your way of speaking. Aisa lagta hai robot bol ra hai..

    this is actually a very smart video , after all the extra charges if you buy the lowest carpet area flat in say gaur nyc itll be atleast 2.2cr+ onwards and you would be getting the exact same carpet area in floral pathways at about 40-50 lacs less . also i feel ats has a better location right in front of NH24 ATS location and connectivity > wave city ( wave city is too deep inside thats how i feel personally) coming to the pollution point its almost the same in that entire 5km radius doesnt really make that much of a diff , even in entire ghaziabad its 19-20 ka farak
